A cruise booking configuration would be nice. Also a tour booking configuration for the cruise passengers to visit while cruise ship is in port.

Thanks for the great suggestion! We’ve passed it along to our team and will consider it for future updates.

Hi, with the WooCommerce payment method, I lose the final thank you page for booking and instead have the WooCommerce one?

Hi there,

When using the WooCommerce payment method, BookingHub’s own final Thank You page will still take priority. In other words, after a successful payment, customers are redirected to BookingHub’s confirmation page rather than WooCommerce’s default one. This ensures they always see the proper booking details and confirmation flow.

Thanks for the reply and the fantastic news! I have an important question regarding the hotel add-on: Does it allow for setting different prices per day? For example, with Zapier, it’s possible to specify a unique price for each day, as well as the availability of rooms.

With the Advanced Pricing option in the Hotel add‑on, you can set unique prices per day, as well as different rates for weekdays or weekends.

What’s the price of Taxi/Chauffeur addon and from where can i buy it? Is it a complete managment system or just a booking engine?

The Taxi/Chauffeur add‑on is available in the BookingHub Marketplace for $29 at this time. You’ll be able to access and purchase it once you’ve installed BookingHub.

BookingHub itself is a WordPress plugin that combines both a powerful booking engine and management features. With it, you can handle reservations, schedules, payments, and overall booking management in one place.

Fantastic work, guys! Integration with Make would be the best!

Glad you like and thanks for your feedback!

I like your project, but how do I know you would not abandon it, leaving me and my clients like you did with MagicAI?

We never abandon our projects. MagicAI remains one of our top-performing products, and we’re still actively developing it.

Hi, I might be missing this somewhere, but are the prices of the addons a one-time payment or kind of a subscription? This is not clear from the marketplace overview. Thanks, Bernhard

Hi Bernhard, thanks for your question!

Add‑ons are sold as a one‑time purchase. Each purchase includes 1 year of updates and support. After that period, the add‑on will continue to work, but you’ll need to renew your license if you’d like to keep receiving updates and support.

I hope this clears things up — let us know if you have any other questions!

Can I have more than one booking form on the same site?

Thanks for getting in touch!

Absolutely—you can create as many booking forms as you need. There’s no restriction on the number of forms.

I sent a ticket I am not able to achieve this, I want to create different booking forms un one site

Like you have woocommerce add on, where a bookable service can be associated with a place holder product by payment section, do you also have the feature of having placeholder booking service for the woocommerce product? Also do you have any importer to import 1000 services ( we actually have that )?

Thanks for your question!

At the moment, we don’t support adding a placeholder booking service for WooCommerce products. The WooCommerce add‑on is designed solely to handle payments through WooCommerce.

We also don’t currently offer an importer for bulk‑adding services (such as importing 1,000 services at once). All services need to be created directly within BookingHub.

We appreciate your feedback though—it helps us understand what features users are looking for, and we’ll keep this in mind for future updates.

Is Stripe connect a feature? Could it be implemented? Use case: share revenue whenever a payment is made

Thanks for reaching out!

Stripe Connect isn’t supported right now. You can still accept payments using Stripe credit cards, but please note this requires a separate add‑on.

Hey there! Is the Taxi / Airport Transfer / Chauffer module free? Looking at the marketplace from your demo, say that it’s paid. Are they available?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out!

You can explore both free and paid addons through our sandbox demos before making a purchase. As you mentioned, the Taxi/Chauffeur Mode is a paid addon available in our marketplace.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can assist you with.

Cheers, TeamLiquid

Ok, it looks confusing and we need to open the sandbox to see what’s free and what’s paid. Also, your demo page used to show a label indicating what was free and what was paid, but I noticed you’ve just removed it. This makes the purchase even more confusing, as if you were trying to hide clear information from buyers. I’m really frustrated, but thank you anyway.

Sorry for the confusion. I believe there was a misunderstanding between themes and extensions. All themes (pre-designed booking forms) are completely free and can be edited within our free live form editor. However, as shown in the sandbox marketplace, some extensions (functionalities) are paid.

Cheers, TeamLiquid

How to get the Free theme you mentioned here.

Hi there,

Could you please submit a ticket? We’d be happy to assist you.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi, Is there any way I can get this solve quick pls?

I am experiencing an issue with creating a booking service. I keep receiving a price error message, and there is no space or placeholder to enter the price in the plugin. I am facing the same problem with the default services; I cannot change the price. Please see the attachment.

Hi there,

I did yesterday. This is the ticket no #53658, no reply yet.

Hi! Can the booking form be configured so that the email field is optional, allowing users to complete the booking using only their phone number as the primary contact?

Hi there,

Email is required to generate the user in the database.

Hi, does BookingHub integrate with Square POS so that online bookings show up in the POS booking system? And is this built-in or only possible via Zapier/webhooks?

Hi there,

You can use Square to accept online payments but Square POS is something different.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

Cheers, TeamLiquid

I came across your booking software and I have some questions to ask to be sure the software fits the needs of my company. I am putting together a property photography and creative services agency and need booking system, which would need to have certain specific functions.

1. Deposit payments 2. Recurring or subscription payments 3. Staff management 4. Staff payment / commision 5. Locations 6. Invoices 7. WP integration 8. Revenue distribution 9. Books integration / taxes

Please, not sure what is included in the price on Code Canyon, can you break this down for me? Thank you

Hello, thanks for your interest in BookingHub! Let me go through your list one by one so you can see what’s included:

  1. Deposit payments – Yes, included.

  2. Recurring/subscription – Recurring appointments are built-in.

  3. Staff management – Yes, with schedules, shifts, and dashboards.

  4. Staff payment/commission – Supported via conditional pricing rules (extra charges, discounts, percentage fees).

  5. Locations – Multi-location booking supported.

  6. Invoices/Taxes – Built-in invoice and tax handling.

  7. WordPress integration – Native, since BookingHub is a WP plugin.

  8. Revenue distribution – Revenue reports included, can be managed with conditional pricing.

  9. Books integration – Use Zapier to connect with QuickBooks, Xero, etc.

Pricing on CodeCanyon covers the core plugin with lifetime updates + 6 months support. Add-ons (like Custom Duration, Multilingual, etc.) are optional.

Hi there,

Thanks for your interest in BookingHub!

You can easily use BookingHub for creative services. With the Deposit addon, you can offer full or partial payments. We’re currently testing recurring payments, which will be available soon. Bookings can be assigned to specific staff members, though commission payments aren’t available yet—we’re considering this for future updates.

Multi-location support is already built-in, and you can handle invoices and taxes with our free addons. Since BookingHub is a native WordPress plugin, you won’t run into compatibility issues with WP.

If you’d like to explore addons, you can check out our marketplace through the sandbox demos.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.

Cheers, TeamLiquid

Thank you for your answers. I have one more question about the package modules integration. For example, the website already has services price modules is it possible, on button click to pop up a window with the booking page to the particular service? also what options are to integrate the booking page packages to the website.

Thank you

Hello where is the Taxi / Chauffeur / Airport Transfer Mode, WhatsApp Notifications, AI Content Generator ??

Hi there,

We’ll be launching these extensions as part of the 1.1 update, which is scheduled for release this week.

Ajudam a instalar?

You can get help from our documentation: https://bookinghubdocs.liquid-themes.com/

Hi, seems you could have easier made this a saas script with embeddable booking form features instead of it being restricted to Wordpress. You would have sold much more by now. You plan to release a Laravel saas version of this?

Thanks for your feedback! We appreciate your thoughts on a SaaS version with embeddable forms. While BookingHub is currently focused on WordPress, a Laravel-based SaaS option is something we’ll keep in mind as we plan future updates.

Presale Questions:

1. I am managing websites for 4 doctors and they all need booking forms. I’m assuming I will need licenses for all of them? Also, do I need to purchase the same add-ons 4 times or can I use them on all the sites? I know I will need custom fields and the text reminders for all of them.

2. This has been a request from the doctors is to have a way for guest to not book during certain times, is this possible? We would need the custom fields plugin to choose between new patient and existing patient (unless there is another way to do it). If they select new patient, they can’t book the 11am and 6pm appointments but 11am and 6pm would be available to existing patients only.

Would these be services? If so, would the available times show up on both if one service books one of the times, example, new patient makes an appointment at 10am, that time would be unavailable for the existing patient?

3. The doctors run morning and afternoon schedules each day, sometimes, they are closed for one of the shifts or may leave early. Is it possible to block off one shift or a few hours if needed? I see holidays are set, those can be used for full day closures?

4. Appointment cancelation and rescheduling is an add on too? How can customers do that? Is there a link in their email? Do the doctors need to do that?

5. Are comments or notes considered a custom field?

Thanks for your reply. I am having issues getting this to work. The services are throwing an error for adding a price and I can’t see how to add different time slots for the 2 booking forms and how to have them work together. Do I need to purchase an add on to do this? I put in a ticket for both issues. Awaiting a reply. Right now, the plugin is unusable and may request a refund.

Still no response to my ticket. Is this how customer service is going to work? This is not a good sign here.

I would like a refund. No response to the ticket about fixing the price error bug and its been about a week and my client isn’t happy. I found another plugin that works. I would stay away from this plugin, its too buggy and the support is slow or no existent
