I have a regular license and an extended one, and today I bought the chat pro. When will they refund that money, since the extended one should suffice for the promo? If they give me 119, I imagine that’s for everyone. I mean, why didn’t I see the 100% discount when I paid the 69 for the chat pro?

The Regular License and extended license are identical in software-wise. However you need extended license (according to Envato license policy) to charge end users.
Regular license is limited and cannot use MagicAI as SAAS. In Extended License, there is no limitation and you can use MagicAI as SAAS.
