do you have an online documentation – for some reason this new version is bringing error 404 when it loads the /install

actually latest update doesnt have the install file – i have checked with first version that was released and seen it has the install folder

Dear sir/Madam, There are no need for install folder now. We have upgrade our system which now automatically detect if you need installation or not. Hi, thank you for your questions! 1. KYC / Identity Verification: At present, identity verification (KYC) is only required for service providers. This helps maintain trust and security across the platform. Buyers are not verified unless manually enforced. 2. Refund Mechanisms: There are two types of refund processes on the platform: Order Cancellation Refund (Before Completion): If a paid order is canceled, a cancellation fee may apply, and the admin manually processes the refund payout to the customer. Post-Completion Refund (Dispute-Based): After the order is marked complete, a client can submit a refund request. The provider can either accept or reject it. However, the admin can override and approve the refund regardless of the provider’s decision. If approved, the refund amount is deducted from the provider’s balance, and the admin manually handles the payout. Let us know if you’d like help customizing these flows or adding automated logic.

why does the select address from map not fill the address slots automatically? -> it required human interaction. i have take note for it.

you can hide it using css code. no option for remove it.

I see that there are two applications, one for the customer and the other for the supplier, but in the customer application, I see that they have the option of posting a job. this is very strange. logically, the customer goes to the customer application to consult and pay for a service, at worst get in touch with a seller, see the products etc… if the customer wants to sell or post content, he has to register as a supplier or freelancer. i also noticed that there was no possibility of selling products, there was no store. understand that if, in addition to everything that’s present, you add the possibility of selling products, it will be even more complete, so we’ll have: services, jobs, the store i’d like to buy but there’s still work to be done.

Sir, let me clear two point first, Customer App: has option to post a job as per their requirements, then they will hire provider for whoever submit bid for that particular job.

Provider App: provider create their own services as package, customer can order them from customer app.

2. How does one make profit to build and market this out to people? -> you can charge commission from each orders placed. -> yes, it has build in support for payment escrow. where system keep the money in the pending wallet until, customer confirm work as complete.

Dear sir, your server are not allowing to upload any files even if we tried manually. that has no relation with the script. it’s very rare only you have this issue with hostinger hosting.

If you prefer, you can redo everything from scratch by adding the new file without any problems. You can erase everything and redo the installation with my permission!

Yes, that’s what every user get, when you upload it to the server you will see the installation page.

if you are installing in hostinger, they have updated their default settings now they did not automatically execute index.php file. therefore you need to browser your site while installing is yourdoamin.com/index.php/install
