The price variation issues are impacting the monetization of this application and need to be fixed urgently,
1) Multi-language support is not available for the price variation of services. Users can only see the price variation in one language, which negatively affects the checkout experience for users who speak other languages. (Users don’t understand the service variation details and may not place orders!)
2) The edit function is not supported for price variations of services. This prevents changing the service prices and affects accounting for previous orders. (Price increases for variations are not possible in the system)
Is it possible to fix these issues in the next update?
Another significant issue with the price variation feature is the inability to reorder items. For example, when creating variations based on area (e.g., 100sq, 100-200sq), their sequence cannot be edit. This makes it impossible to insert a new variation between existing ones. This inflexibility creates a poor user experience and may ultimately prevent customers from placing their orders.
Additionally, the multi-language support system is confusing and inefficient. The purpose of the “Default” language setting is unclear, as it appears to be separate from other languages. This forces users to duplicate their efforts; for a single-language setup, we must update both the “Default” and the specific language, which is redundant and increases the risk of errors.
I strongly recommend that the Sixamtect team prioritize resolving these critical issues before introducing any new features. Since they directly impact the user’s ability to complete orders. These problems have a direct and negative impact on core the business.
It is critical to note that these issues have remained unresolved for more than a year, which is unacceptable given their impact.

RGENT: Fix Required for Firebase Push Notifications – Legacy API is Retired (Demandium Platform)
Dear Demandium Support Team,
I am writing to report a critical failure in the setup process for Firebase Push Notifications on the Demandium platform.
I am unable to complete the setup because the system relies on the Legacy Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) API, which has been officially deprecated and is now being shut down by Google.
The Specific Error I Am Facing: When attempting to obtain the required “Server Key” by managing the legacy API in the Google Cloud Console, I receive the following persistent error:
Failed to load. There was an error while loading /apis/library/googlecloudmessaging.googleapis.com?... Please try again. It may be a browser or network issue.
This error is not a browser or network issue on my end. This is a widely known failure that occurs because the link and the underlying API (googlecloudmessaging.googleapis.com) have been removed or retired by Google as part of the deprecation process.
The Required Solution: The Demandium platform must be updated immediately to migrate to Google’s current, secure standard: the FCM HTTP v1 API.
The FCM HTTP v1 API does not use a Server Key. It uses a Service Account JSON file for authorization, which is the only long-term supported method for sending push notifications.
If the Demandium platform is not updated to support the FCM HTTP v1 API, push notifications will cease to function entirely, if they haven’t already.
Please confirm your timeline for updating the Demandium platform to use the Service Account JSON file/FCM HTTP v1 API. A workaround for the legacy key is no longer possible.

I’ve reviewed your application and found it very impressive. However, if you could add the following features, it would be much more practical for real business use, and I would purchase this application: Add a Gift Card feature and allow using Gift Cards as a payment method. Add an option for customers to book a service without having to select a Provider in advance; instead, the Admin can assign one if there are multiple Providers, or the system will auto-assign if there is only one available. Service providers (Service Men) will be able to see orders within their zone and confirm them directly. The first Service Man to confirm will take the order, and it will no longer be visible to others. Add a Zone-based tax percentage feature in addition to the current service tax. This should be configurable from the Admin Panel. Thanks

Sir, In Demandium, the admin can suspend or deduct the service provider’s payable amount if a complaint is raised after order completion for the digital payments. The control panel also allows viewing all suspended providers and tracking notices issued to them. In case of complaints, the admin can suspend, block, or send official notices directly from the panel to ensure proper action is taken. Thank you.
