No, Airalo is the only provider which requires no upfront payment, even they provide credit. Means you sell then pay to airalo.

You should think carefully before purchasing. The backend setup failed, and when I reached out to them, they asked for a $750 fee.
Dear dudubudan, its our setup charges, there is nothing wrong in this, its our right to ask for any fees. You should be thankful that we are providing such a item at $49 only.
Rather people like you expect author to do everything for free. We will surely report this to envato. Users like you should be banned.

Allow users to directly pay eSims from the app using any Payment gateway. It will make more sense as most users will be using the app than the website.
If its allowed in your country you can do that however playstore doesnt allow own gateways for selling digital products.
Hello, other ESIM apps offer payment options other than Gpay, such as credit cards and cryptocurrencies. Can’t we offer this option within the app? The customer must choose which payment method they prefer.
You can offer if you have opted for Alternate Payment option with google in playstore console.
If you want to offer your own Payment gateway then wait for our Website.

No esim cannot be used to create new whatsapp account. Yes you can use esim to call if the esim offer call credit.
