I purchased your Kiosk module and I’m using it with the TableTrack SaaS package. After installation, I get these critical errors: • Class “Modules\Kiosk\Entities\Kiosk” not found • Unable to find component: [Modules\Kiosk\Livewire\Kiosk\KioskSettings]

After updating to TableTrack SaaS 1.2.46, the system runs fine except two issues: the Kiosk module disappeared from client settings, and on reservations I get an error (ReservationConfirmation::via() doesn’t always return an array, it fails when no channel is selected).
Contact us via support. Also we do not have kiosk setting for now. It will be available in upcoming update of kiosk
When the Kiosk module is disabled, the whole system crashes with the error Route [kiosk.restaurant] not defined, making the app unusable without the module.
It’s not fair to sell something that isn’t fully ready yet. I understand it’s hard work and takes time, but please do better nothing is more important than reputation. I’ll let you handle it and I won’t have time to go through support, so I’ll just wait for your update. Do better guys, we trust you.

Is the customer information Name, email, phone number required or not
For now its required but in future updates we will add setting for it. Using that we will manage what is required and what is not

KIOSK never ask for email address anywhere. Maximum phone numbe for delivery. and should not ask for anything other than may be table number for DINE IN
Most of the devices for KIOS are Portrait mode hence portrait view bugs should be fixed. I mean i tried on 7inch device proceed button at the bottom is missing
Would be great if you can implement Stripe Terminal Tap to pay which makes the KIOSK complete

Hello Ajay, I’d like to understand the logic. At the end of the order, does the system generate an order number to call the customer once the order is ready, or does the customer choose a table to associate the order with a specific table? The kiosk module is more suited to customers who choose the “takeout” option; they often stay near the counter. So, is there a system to call them once their order is ready (often by their name, which they enter during the ordering process)? Second question: Does this module adapt to all screen sizes (kiosk screens often come in various sizes)? Last question: When paying, is there a connection with the payment terminal? For example, is the amount displayed on the terminal?

Also, does the documentation address how to install the module on the device, the kiosk? How to distinguish orders that come from kiosks? For the moment each order that arrives from tables is associated with a table number, what about kiosks?
