Yes, we are aware of cost-effective S3-compatible storage providers like iDrive E2 and Wasabi. Currently, our system supports AWS S3, but we will definitely consider adding support for these alternatives in future updates to give users more flexibility and cost-saving options.

Hi, I’m interested in your script. Does it have a more simplified, low-friction checkout system that allows the buyer to complete the purchase with as few clicks as possible? I ask because the traditional cart flow, with multiple steps before payment, often hurts impulse sales, especially during course launches.

Currently, our checkout process is already designed to be simple and low-friction. It works in two quick steps:
01. The student adds a course to the cart and can apply a coupon if available.
02. From there, they go directly to the checkout page, where all active payment gateways are displayed. The student selects a gateway and completes the purchase immediately.
This avoids the long, traditional multi-step cart flow and helps make the buying process faster and smoother for students.
but the buy now button still goes to the create user screen, the ideal would be to go to an integrated checkout screen, with a form to enter payment data and create the user, or log in, a transparent and low friction checkout, like a hotmart

That is, I only want to register instructors myself, so not everyone can register. 2. How can I translate the platform into Spanish? 3. How can I customize emails to include my logo and translate them? 4. How can customers obtain their invoice for purchased courses so they can download it in PDF format and view their purchase history? 5. How can I protect videos from opening on YouTube? 6. 01. Instructor Profile – Currently, the admin cannot directly edit an instructor’s profile. However, you can convert a general student into an instructor from the admin dashboard. To become an instructor, users still need to register on your platform.
02. Multi-language Support – We’re actively working on a multi-language feature, which is already near completion. Spanish and other translations will be supported soon in the upcoming release.
03. Email Customization – Right now, your platform name and logo are automatically added when emails are sent. Full email template customization is not available yet, but it is on our roadmap and planned for an upcoming release.
04. Invoices & Purchase History – At present, purchase history is available only for instructors and admins. We will work on extending this to customers in future updates.
05. Video Protection – Protecting the video source is something we’re currently working on, and we plan to improve this feature as soon as possible.
06. Button & Link Customization – We’ve noted your request for changing button colors, links, and menu behavior. This will be added to our feature roadmap.
07. Diploma Customization – This is also planned for future updates, and we’ve added it to our roadmap.

In your documentation it says: Before configuring specific gateways, set up your general payment options … I can’t find those options.
You’ll find the general payment options inside your admin dashboard: Dashboard → Settings → Payment

As I said, there is no default payment settings, only for PayPal, Stripe etc. Not even in your demo site.

Regarding payment setting, “general payment options” means you need to set currency and other options for the selected gateways.
Good afternoon, how can we, as administrators or instructors, track our students to know if they have completed the courses, passed the tests, and so on?
Currently, Mentor LMS includes a basic tracking system that allows students to monitor their course progress along with some related information.
That said, we are continuously improving the platform, and more advanced tracking features (such as detailed test performance, course completion analytics, and extended reporting) will be added step by step in future updates.
Hello, After i purchased this script and seen it, there is alot of missed feature which is mandatory for online school or anyother, 1.there is no document sharing method course pdf,audio or any,2.test,quiz,exam this is core point not have to.missed in any script and missed from.this code, for.live class only zoom is there,needs another live method,zoom is not save credentials there,payment method,most of them are not world wide,needs more authomatic payment method including crypto payment method,the most important payment method is manual payment method which is not included in your script n,script is also not fast, i used vps cpu 8,ram 12 for deployment but it is too slow,i tried to upload 400mb video for test but, in 10 minutes it only uplad 8% of this video and it is terrible and i discontinued the uploading, it needs uploading method improvement ,the design is seems like good, but needs very hard improvements ,atleast PWA app is needed since this script is new,may be it takes a few month to build flutter app,please consider those and an other very necessary features and fix it in very short time, especially material sharing,manual payment method,quiz,exam,test features with timer,and video url is limited to only youtube and venmo, this is not right, i have another site and needs to link the video to this mentor lms for my user and and not limit it to specific url

Document sharing and quiz features are already available in our script. You can attach documents to every lesson within a module, and quizzes can be set up at the end of each module to test learners’ understanding.
We are continuously working to add more features. Our upcoming roadmap includes new payment gateways, PWA support, manual payment, and several improvements. Currently, our team is finalizing the multi-language feature, which will be released very soon. Once that is complete, we will move on to manual payments and other enhancements.
Application performance may vary from server to server. So far, we haven’t received complaints regarding performance, but since you are experiencing issues, we will take this seriously and work on further improvements.

Are static texts all hardcoded or are they in database or language file?
Texts you see on homepage and inner pages are coming from database. you can customize them. And texts in admin panel(Labels, placeholders, menu item and etc.) are hardcoded.
But we’re implementing multi language features so hard coded admin panel texts will come from database and admin can will able to customize them. We need around 10-15 days to release that update.

Hi, You can use “Embed source” while creating a lesson. Copy the entire embed code from Vimeo and paste that into “Embed source” input field.
You have an amazing product and I should purchase very soon. Im not sure if Mentor LMS has an affiliate system in it, so students can refer other users. If it doesn’t, is this something you will consider for future updates?
