You have WebRTC solution, you can make easily widget for the website to put chat icon / call icon for the website so customer can direct call from when they visit and agent can answer call, and yes multiple agent option for diverting call.
Once you have this then I will buy.
Next still you can work on SAAS type user subscription so other website owner can also use it and pay monthly subscription.

Hi, I want to buy this script but I need to know the following first: can I not just upload it very simple in the PUBLIC_HTML on my shared hosting with DirectAdmin as control panel and just unzip it and install everything via the website itself and fill in the database etc in the setup? So just a simple installation like most scripts on Codecanyon. and therefore really without SSH setup or something because I don’t understand that ;D
If you’re familiar with setting up applications on shared hosting, you should be able to install our Whoxa script without any issues. Just make sure your hosting environment supports Node.js — if it does, the script will work on any compatible server.

Yes, we used the MySQL database. You can import chat if you MySQL table with our structure. As we don’t have any readymade option in admin panel for import.

Welcome.! No we don’t have any sales planned. We suggest VPS 4core cpu and 16GB server for good performance. And it’s just one time cost of server, no recurring payment any third party in our script.
Sounds good. I know everyone seems to love apps, I prefer web based. And honestly don’t have the slightest idea how to update/manage an app. However, going back to user options/upgrades, does the regular license allow for modifications? I originally started using this site 12 years ago, because the code was open and allowed for updates. These days it seems there are many restrictions in place. Any particular framework used, or is it custom? Also, have you started working on the video option for web? Thank you!
We used reactJS as frontend and nodejs as backend so it’s completely custom website and you can modify in regular license but if you have knowledge of that technology.
