GSC only shows data from Google Search (like web searches, images, videos). It doesn’t track Google Maps activities.

Hello, after many hours of trying to fix this, I found the solution. It was due to the number of pages; sometimes the business appears on page 80, not on page 5 or 10. It would be helpful to mention this in the documentation to prevent users from thinking it’s a bug or an issue with your system. Just indicate that sometimes the bot won’t find the business in the first Google pages, which was the issue.

This add-on works with your Google Business name, not directly with your website so you have to add your exact business name on Google Maps with your keywords and it will send the traffic from Maps to the website.

We haven’t tested it on a business without address if or not will rank the business since there’s no Directions button in this case.
Even if there’s no Directions button, it still able to click on the Website button. However, traffic is fully safe with Google in all cases. Thanks
