Hello. Where can I create a sell unit?

You need to create unit and then Select product unit and product creation time so Sale unit and Product Unit will be auto fetched base on selected unit.

This is a pre-buy question. I am planning to use it for an agrovet. We give farmers animal feeds and supplements on credit, amounts to 1,000 different sales, then the dairy company pays us via cheque after end month. So in essence the payment mode when making a sale is Invoice (to be paid later) and we mark it as unpaid. Is there a way to group all those unpaid and mark them as paid as one group with the reference being the cheque number? please answer soonest

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU COULD ELIMINATE THE BRAND OPTIONS, SYMBOLS OF BARCODE, DEPOT, SUPPLIER AND SO MANY THINGS THAT HAVE TO BE FILLED OUT TO ADD A PRODUCT OR AT LEAST CHOOSE WHETHER TO ACTIVATE OR NOT. IT IS VERY TEDIOUS TO UPLOAD A SINGLE PRODUCT.

so i want to request to add some features as following

1) in sales when we try to add something if it out of stock i can see means product dont come on search it only comes in pos i dont use generally pos i add through pos

2) we should see original price of product also while making sale in pos or in add sale . like other softwere has prices for retailers , wholesalers like that add this this is very imp as wee need to manually check it and all added sales go earesed after closing window very frustating .

3) add reports like gst which required for businesses generally that should be exported in one click.

4)also in older version automatically stock goes down and all things that should be not done

5) when i purchase something with suppose 230 rs but earlier it was 225rs i cant change selling price in purchase section i need to go i think product then change then how profit will be counted u should give option so we can change prices here also otherwise default selling price . this are some additional request for upgraded hope u will add this in some days . ill wait .

also add additional receipt template as it looks too old give options to user to select which template will be visible after downloading pdf of paymenet , sale anything . need improvement

The ‘Amount’ field that appears after clicking ‘Pay’ in the POS is not user-friendly. In real-world retail environments—especially when using touch screens—cashiers need to process sales quickly by tapping buttons, not by editing input fields. This extra step slows down the workflow and increases the chance of errors.

Also, I strongly recommend replacing dropdown menus with toggle buttons wherever possible. Toggle buttons are much more practical for touch screen use and help speed up the overall sales process.

but you should remove the menu option or give it a default value so i don’t have to edit it every time, that’s really annoying. a line of client are waiting, there is no time to edit some input over and over again for nothing.

In POS, we have all the inputs already pre-selected. Like a customer, Warehouse.

I am reporting a critical bug that still remains unresolved, despite having raised it multiple times:

The receipt printout always shows the total tax amount as 0, even though tax (inclusive or exclusive) is correctly applied to products in the backend.

This issue persists in the latest version of the system.

This leads to inaccurate receipts, which can create compliance issues for accounting and taxation.

Expected: The total tax amount (whether inclusive or exclusive) must be clearly shown on the receipt.

Actual: Tax is applied correctly to each product, but the final receipt always displays Tax: 0.00, which is misleading.

This is a serious bug and needs immediate attention. Please prioritize this fix and confirm when it will be resolved.

First of all, congratulations on the outstanding work you’re doing. I truly appreciate your software — so much so that I purchased both the SAAS and non-SAAS versions. It’s a solid and promising solution. However, I would like to share some important areas for improvement that I’ve noticed during my use:

1. Login issues: The authentication system has frequent bugs, which disrupts the user experience.

2. Overcomplicated product entry: Registering a product requires too many fields and becomes tiring, especially when inputting a large number of products.

3. No option to add services: The system currently doesn’t support the entry of services, which is essential for certain types of businesses.

4. Profit section too hidden: The profit analysis section is difficult to access — and not even available on mobile — even though it should be clearly visible on the dashboard.

5. Overall complexity: The software feels too demanding in several areas, which makes it harder to use. Some of my clients have even started to give up on it.

6. Update process too technical: Updating the system is overly complex and risky compared to other scripts on the market. This discourages users from updating, for fear of losing everything.

That being said, I believe your software has great potential. I’m sharing this feedback constructively, in the hope that these improvements will be considered to further enhance the product.

Please let me know if your POS meets these requirements by default, so there’s no need to invest in customization. Sorry for the number of questions. We just want to make sure we’re buying the product our business needs.

We’ve discovered that the DEMO doesn’t allow us to complete payment for a purchase… Could you explain why it’s not working?

We’re probably doing something wrong.

1. I need to know if I can add multiple payment methods.

- Payment with BIZUM

- Payment by card

- Payment by cash.

Would it be possible to add these payment methods?

Could you help me and tell me which files I need to modify?

2. Can I use it offline?

There are several important points to correct.

1. When the POS runs out of stock, the product automatically disappears. You should refresh the POS to see that there is no stock, as this can confuse customers who have reserved their inventory. It’s very important to see the stock even if it’s zero.

2. When searching for a product, the stock appears, but not the price or the photo. I’ve already been confused by products that are almost similar, so it would be good to display the photo for a reason. Otherwise, there would be no point in adding the photo if it isn’t displayed.

3. The problem is the sound the POS makes. It’s an ugly and unpleasant sound, unlike traditional stores. You should change it or cancel it.

3. If you stop using the POS for a while, it logs you out and you have to log back in. This affects you if you don’t have a saved account.

4. The problem is that you must add or remove stock, or edit the photo and price, from the same page.

5. The point is that there should also be an option to buy in bulk at a reduced price. It’s not really necessary, but it would be nice.

6. The other point is the language. When switching to another language, such as Spanish, it should be available to everyone, including a user. The user remains in the default language, English.

You can’t add the default language, for example, Spanish.

There are very important issues to address, which have been addressed in other posts.
