There are several important points to correct.

1. When the POS runs out of stock, the product automatically disappears. You should refresh the POS to see that there is no stock, as this can confuse customers who have reserved their inventory. It’s very important to see the stock even if it’s zero.

2. When searching for a product, the stock appears, but not the price or the photo. I’ve already been confused by products that are almost similar, so it would be good to display the photo for a reason. Otherwise, there would be no point in adding the photo if it isn’t displayed.

3. The problem is the sound the POS makes. It’s an ugly and unpleasant sound, unlike traditional stores. You should change it or cancel it.

3. If you stop using the POS for a while, it logs you out and you have to log back in. This affects you if you don’t have a saved account.

4. The problem is that you must add or remove stock, or edit the photo and price, from the same page.

5. The point is that there should also be an option to buy in bulk at a reduced price. It’s not really necessary, but it would be nice.

6. The other point is the language. When switching to another language, such as Spanish, it should be available to everyone, including a user. The user remains in the default language, English.

You can’t add the default language, for example, Spanish.

There are very important issues to address, which have been addressed in other posts.

Thank you very much for the updates, but please, in the purchases section. Only the purchase code is displayed and you can’t search by product name. This is a big problem when deleting products that are out of stock. Worse still, having more than 100 products and searching one by one is a very difficult task. Please help with that. Its a Great Code. I have a Pre Purchase Query. There is partial payment Status while filtering Payment Status in Reports Panel. But there is no option to get payment partially in POS while selling product. Can You Please mention how to get payment partially ?

The reciept does not contain TAX credentials ( e.g Tax ID) and Tax rates ( CGST, IGST, ETC ) in the reciept. Can it be done ? Or is there any option i skipped ? The should be a option to add various tax rates details and Tax ID’s for reciept.

Expenses can only be viewed the next day and should be reflected immediately after the expense is incurred. For example, I made an expense yesterday, and it’s only reflected today in the section, dashboard, and profit and loss, just the next day. Needless to say, it doesn’t deduct any expenses from all the work done. I think it should. But the most important thing is that expenses are only visible the next day. Those photos are from early morning. I have no sales and no expenses, but it appears there the next day after the expense was made.

HELLO, I’VE TRIED ENTERING MY EXPENSES. THEY APPEAR IN THE MAIN EXPENSES SECTION, BUT IN THE PROFIT AND LOSS SECTION, THEY ARE ONLY UPDATED FOR THE NEXT DAY. IT DOESN’T DEDUCT EXPENSES FROM GROSS PROFIT, EITHER. I THINK IT SHOULD DEDUCT DAILY EXPENSES FROM GROSS PROFIT. I don’t know if that’s its function, but it should still appear in the expenses section under profit and loss. I’ve already updated to the new version.

Is there an option to import all my products from WooCommerce into WordPress for the POS system because I have more than 500 products?

You need to reformat woocommerce file with our import file structure and create product category, unit, brand before the import.

If you set Stock alert while product creation time then it will show on dashboard -> stock alert section. expense not shown in profit and loss report we will check it and update you.

I’ve noticed that features like PDF download, Sales Return functionality, creating tax and discount, and changing theme settings (such as colors) in the demo version are not working. Could you please clarify if there’s a particular reason for this?

Additionally, when you send updates, if we’ve made custom changes to the code, will those changes be overridden during the update process?

Can it be used for jewellery erp, like whenever I sell a finished jewellery it minus the weight of stones and add pricing according to stone category + making charges + tax and also it can support of selling only gold which does not have any making charges, or directly I can sell stones or diamonds

2 – Can I use it on a laptop?

3 – Do I need to use a specialized POS?

4 – Can it connect to any printer to print the tickets?

5 – I need to print: Name of service, date, operator, price, etc., etc.,

6 – is a server needed to host the Application?

7 – I don’t see in the DEMO how the way to generate a receipt to print works, that’s the most important thing for me, can you tell me how to do it?
