Yes, you can create a flow with “buttons/options” step and then start the chat with that flow, instead of basic message in AI agent settings.
I also have question about logged-in user data, Can i see a demo for this ? I need to under once we pass the dynamic data for logged in user where and how it will show in the agent dashboard. This is very important for us to test or demo before i decide to buy this.

It’s not possible to test this on demo site currently, but the data specified via livechat API would appear in right sidebar on conversation/customer pages, under attributes section.
For flow, you can select the example flow on demo site and then click “test ai agent” button, it should show the buttons.
Hey I checked demo but I see that livechat is not responsive in mobile devices.
I see that in mobile devices live chat popup is going out of screen. Please fix this I want to buy it.

But I tried to check your demo site and I don’t see the dynamic placeholders in the canned responses section! Because we don’t see any list of dynamic placeholders that are available
When creating or editing a saved reply, there should be “add variable” button in text editor, next to image upload button.
