Your script is not recognizing the difference between local and live environments. On my local setup, I use virtual hosts (e.g., abc.test), and the script keeps asking for a purchase code there. I already have a valid purchase code and have used it.
However, when I moved the project to the live server and tried to install it, I received an error saying the purchase code is linked to another website.
Can you please help me resolve this issue?

To activate Home-3 on your website, please follow these steps:
Visit your Martvill Admin Panel.
Go to Website Setup -> Home Pages.
Here you will see the list of all available homepages.
Click on the Edit button for the homepage you want to make default (in this case, Home-3).
Check the Default option and then click on Update.
After this, Home-3 will be set as your main homepage.
When we download it’s coming with default home-1 and no option for Home-3. I exported home-3 from there live demo. You can also do the same in admin of Martvil live. .

A month ago, I bought your script, but I haven’t been able to use or customize it because it hasn’t been updated to Laravel 12. Before I purchased it, you mentioned in your comments that updating to Laravel 12 was in your plans. I need to know approximately how long it will take, will it be six more months, or just one more month? I don’t want to wait until Laravel reaches version 14 while the script is still on version 12.

Before purchasing this item, I need a few clarifications regarding how the stock management system works.
1) When I create an item and enable the “Manage stock” option, a new tab called “Stock Addon” appears. I then add a quantity X to a specific location Y. So far, everything works fine. However, after saving the changes and returning to edit the item, the “Manage stock” option is unchecked again. Is this a bug or the expected behavior?
2) In the POS interface, I try to select the location Y that I previously assigned to the item. Unfortunately, I receive the following message: “You can only add products from your location”. However, I am logged in with the correct user and I can see all three of my locations, including location Y — but I’m still unable to select it. Is this another bug or a configuration issue?

1. When you create a product you need to enable the stock management to provide available stocks to each individual locations. There are options to add stocks through purchase order option as well. However, the issue that you have mentioned that the manage stock gets disabled each time is not appearing from our end. 2. For the POS module, you need to create a terminal first in order to access. You need to assign a location to a terminal and the product that are available for that particular location that has quantity in it will be displayed for that specific terminal. As a vendor you are allowed to switch to different locations from the POS panel as you have accessed through a terminal and that terminal is assigned to a location. So you can only see products from that location only when you access POS panel from that terminal.

1. In the Martvill Admin & Vendor Panel, the visual contrast between the website background color (#ffffff) and the widget background (#f3f3f3)—such as for Total Sales, Communication, Orders, etc.—looks clean and aesthetically pleasing.
However, on the homepage, both the website background and the product blocks (like category widgets, newsletter, blog widgets, icon box grids) share the same color (#ffffff), which makes the layout look a bit flat. It would be great to introduce some subtle color differentiation—similar to the admin panel—for better visual hierarchy and user experience.
The same issue appears on the customer panel as well. The background and widgets currently blend together. Adding a slight contrast between these sections would improve the overall design appeal.
“I’ve noticed that the use of a flat (#ffffff) background on the homepage—especially where both the website background and product blocks (like categories, blogs, newsletter, etc.) share the same color—is not a common practice, even among CodeCanyon demo websites. I attempted to apply your 4.0.0 update twice, but I encountered the same error both times:
SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table ‘MYDATABASENAME.delivery_mans’ doesn’t exist (Connection: mysql, SQL: select license_status, COUNT as count from `delivery_mans` group by `license_status`)
It seems that around 6 delivery-related tables were not created automatically during the update process.

In the “System Setup” of “General Setting”, I cannot select County form the “Select Country” drop down selection. It does not show any country, completely blank. Same is for State.
Thank you for your query. We would like to let you know that, on the System Setup of the system you get the Countries, States and Cities that are available on the Geo-locale list of the system. When there is no data on the geo-locale list of the system then the users will not be able to see any data when configuring the system. So in order to get data when configuring your system, you need to first have enough data on the Geo-locale list.

Hello, I cannot adjust top page slider. When I add slider image, it cropped my image. I.e., it cut sides of my image. Could you please let me know what is the properties of slider I should follow? That is size/pixel of slider.
The ideal size of the slider is- 878 * 421
For full width slider the size is 1900 * 830

Thank you for your query. We would like to let you know that, in our system the country list is appearing from the geo-locale list of countries. So if you insert only one country on the geo-locale list then only one country will be displayed across the entire system. Also when you have a single country on the geo-locale list then the country dropdown will not be hidden. Only the single country in the list will be displayed and user has to select it.
Regarding the messaging system on the mobile app, we currently do not have any plans to add the messaging system on the mobile app. However, we have taken your suggestion into consideration and we would look into the possibilities of implementing it if that aligns with our business interest.
