I purchased and installed your script from Codecanyon on my hosting. I had previously activated the license for the domain https://develhot.com/site/pubstudio.
I am now trying to reinstall the script on the subdomain https://pubstudio.develhot.com, but I am receiving an error message stating that I am trying to activate the software on an unauthorized domain.
Could you please help me authorize this new domain?

Thank you for your message. The license purchased from Codecanyon is domain-specific, so it only works on the domain you initially activated. If you want to use the script on a subdomain or a new domain, you will need to purchase an additional license for the new domain.

We understand your requirement. However, even if you only want to use your own frontend and keep the login/registration pages from the system, it will still require customization of the script. By default, the script is built to work with its included frontend. To replace or disable it and connect your own custom frontend, code-level changes are needed.
Please also note that any such customization is outside the scope of our regular support.

Thank you for the update. Unfortunately, it’s currently not possible to assign credits or plans to individual users via the admin, so the script doesn’t work unless you actively top up your account. Could you please correct this?
Why does the admin need to set packages when clients already have the option to do it themselves?

2)What if user selects custom prompt that costs 50 credits and then modifies it to higher token text will system still charge 50 credits, or it will calculate based on token size?

1. Currently, we’re not showing AI cost per user. User shows the subscription price from the pricing page, and they buy it and get credit… 2. Admin can set a custom prompt credit from the panel. Usually, image generation cost through Gemini AI is always the same… So the admin would have to set a charge more than this cost.

Instead of just monthly plans why not add a prepaid option where user can buy credits towards use. Monthly plans for these is not attractive

Okay, you need to improve your script by testing it thoroughly before selling it. There always seems to be something wrong with your scripts when you launch a new script, and if you’re going into the AI Space, you need to have a free trial plan. There are many AI software options available with free plans and free trials.
Your script looks promising on the surface. You have no selling hook. Why buy now? I really didn’t need this software. I bought it to support you on your journey. The price is affordable; however, if you continue building scripts with errors, you may lose my support down the road.
