Hi, I want to buy your product but I have questions. Is it fully customizable? I mean can I customize logo, colors and other similar details my self?
Yes it’s customizable. You can change the logo, mages and text dynamically. There is admin dashboard for that. Color picker option not available in this version. But you can change the color by writing custom css.
1. Can there be two types of admins (i). Super admin that can even create admins (Editors) and reviewers and have full control. (ii). admins (Editors) that can only add add reviewers
2. Only admins should be able to delete uploaded manuscripts. Not reviewers

There is 3 different user roles available with different permissions. You can check those by logged in using sample authentication details that given inside the documentation.
How do the reviewer will access to the uploaded files (pdf, word)
They will have download option in dashboard.
The files uploaded in the articles are not showing once the articles are published.
Document are used to review purpose. It’s doesn’t display in the web page. If you want to show them on web page then contact our support mail. Our support team will assist you to upgrade this feature.

Yes you can upload PDF for review purpose. But there is no download option for end visitors. If you looking for this kind of option then you can connect our support team after purchase.

First of all this is not a wordpress plugin, So you can’t install it along with wordpress website.

Maybe you entered an incorrect format email address. Ensure using valid email address during register.
no, i try with diferent valid emails when i register and doesnt work, every thing is valid an OK, but i got a 500 error and the register form dont work
Then, maybe your mail server configuration isn’t correct. Or maybe something else.
Can you send us your cpanel access for temporary via email in our support mail address? So that we can check the issues properly.

This is one of the requirements for the journal to be indexed in the scholarly journal search engine (such as google scholar). Each paper has a title, abstract, author(s), Volume #, Issue #, Official URL (direct URL to paper (pdf, doc)), Publisher name ….

It looks like you are trying to install this application as a wordpress theme. We think you saw our script description and features that clarify that this is not a wordpress theme this an independent php application. So you can install it directly in your domain without any support of wordpress cms.
