1. Is it possible for users to receive WhatsApp notifications whenever an enquiry form is submitted or an appointment is booked using the WhatsApp add-on?

3. Client domains: You can manage client domains through the admin panel, and clients will automatically receive subdomains by setting up a wildcard subdomain.

4. Updates: Updates do not occur automatically. You can update via the software updater in the admin panel. You should follow these steps for each update.

5. Editing vCard templates: Yes, you can edit vCard templates, including images, by modifying the files in the resources/templates directory.

6. Installation support: Yes, if you purchase an extended license, we can help you with the installation. For best performance, we recommend going with a VPS hosting plan rather than shared hosting.

Good afternoon, how do I change the colors of vcards?

You are right, changing the template file will apply the color change to all vcards that use that template. Currently, there is no built-in option to set colors for each vcard individually without editing the template.

It is possible to adjust the color for only one area so that the entire vcard template does not change, but this still requires developer assistance and file modifications.

2. Webhook Support Webhook support is on our roadmap. We are considering adding it in a future update, based on customer requests, to provide more flexibility with integrations.

3. Next Release ETA The next release is scheduled for next week. We will notify all customers as soon as it is available. This update will include:

1. A new WhatsApp store template

2. A mobile app support (as an addon script)

3. Google Wallet support (as an addon script)

1. How to connect to custom domain. So, if a customer wants a custom domain is he required to purchase a new domain from his choice of hosting and give me the updated domain.com name so that i can go and add the custom domain from my side as shown in the tutorial..??

2. for some of vcards i have seen verified badge. So where do i find the option to give my users a verification badge..??

3. Also in the custom domain section i have seen a set of instructions… is it to be followed by admin who has the hosting or the user who is required to buy his own domain and configure the settings accordingly..??

4. Regarding themes, So will we get all separate folders for each themes..?? So, if i want to customize i can customize each theme according to my choice..?? like colors background images etc..??

5. I always have a doubt regarding what & how to write the custom css or custom js.. for css how to take that classname..?? from browser inspect by finding the class name..?? and also how to write custom js.. If possible kindly provide a sample snippet of code for both custom css & custom js…

Thank you for your follow-up. Yes, in Step 4 of the documentation, you need to enter the domain name provided by the user/customer. This is the domain they have purchased from their hosting provider.

Once you enter their domain name in that step, the customer will then need to update their DNS records (as shown in the documentation) so that the domain correctly points to your server.

Now i Got it..!! So, first step would be configuring this add-on domain from admin side that customer gave & after that the customer would point their dns records to my server.. here my server means my domain name correct..??

& at this page: https://gobiz.nativecode.in/admin/settings i could see enable subdomain in vcard & store? so when does this needs to be turned to yes/no.. Kindly clarify..

Feature recommendations from my side:

1. If there would be an option to change the subscription dates of any user/customer manually by admin, lets say i’m offering a subscription if someone takes an yearly they would get 2 months extra some thing like this… So, in this case i could go and click on change plan button to modify that particular user’s subscription plan expiry date that would also be so useful and it would make the product very good to manage the user’s subscriptions

or if you are having any plans to implement entering bonus months number field in plans section, So that when creating a plan if im offering this bonus months i can add it there..

2. Also as discussed in the first query set, regarding the verification badge, Kindly add this verification badge feature so that as an admin if someone wants to have a verification badge i can enable it after thoroughly enable their verified badge.

Bug detected in the affiliate program: the referrer’s balance always remains unchanged after an admin approves a payment request. For example, the referrer has €10 in their affiliate account… After a withdrawal request is approved by the admin, their balance still shows €10 instead of €0.

I’d like to clarify how the transfer process works from the admin panel:

1. When you select Transfer, the status Approved is added. This is only to inform the customer that their request has been accepted.

2. Once you actually send the requested amount to the customer, you then mark it as Transferred.

3. Only at this stage will the customer’s balance amount be reduced.

This process ensures that customers are notified at each step and that the balance is adjusted only after the transfer is completed.

I have Alma Linux Server with CyberPanel.. After uploading the files the installation screen doesnt appear and when we try to access our domain url it throughs 404 error. Can you please help with installation steps in CyberPanel?

At the moment, when a new vCard or WhatsApp store is created, the system only shows an increase in the total count. The problem is that the admin cannot see which specific user created it. This makes it difficult to track user activity and ensure that the new vCards/WhatsApp stores are not being created by spammers.

Please add a display page full list of all created vCards and WhatsApp stores, Show recently create and the user who created each one (including username, email, or phone number). Include the date and time of creation.

This feature is important because right now, the numbers go up when new vCards are created, but the admin has no visibility into who created them. With this page, we will be able to track activity properly, prevent spam accounts, and keep the system safe.
