I think it has issue with our code for our license site, so it can’t load your licenses list. But it not an issue with your licenses, they are granted by Envato and won’t have any issues when support expired.

The issue is that your product has 3,500 variations, which is too many for a single product.
In this case, we recommend using product options instead of product attributes.
Product options generate fewer records, resulting in better performance and improved browser rendering.
Our system can handle around 500 variations reliably, but 3,500 is too much, it won’t render properly in the browser.
