Hello, before upgrading the license I’d like to ask something. Maybe I just couldn’t find it. Shouldn’t a user profile remain hidden on the front end until it’s completed? Right now, I created a few accounts and they all show up empty. I don’t think site owners should have to manually control this. I’m writing assuming this feature doesn’t exist. If it doesn’t, do you have any plans for it?

Booking System – Staff Allocation Currently, if we have 10 staff available for the same service, once a user books a slot (e.g., 25/08/2025 from 10:00 to 10:30 at the same location), the system blocks that time entirely. This leaves the other 9 staff unused. The correct behavior should allow multiple bookings in the same slot, with the system automatically assigning an available staff member. Users should never be forced to see all staff and guess who is free — that would be an unworkable and frustrating experience. Could you confirm whether this is a configuration issue or if a system fix is required?

For Google meet you just need to add invitation link on service creation form
i created an invitation link and added it, but it doe not send invitation to the admin, it only send to user, also, if i create a google meet for later, i am unable to join the meeting as it often ask for approval, how do i resolve this.
as for Zoom, it gives me the link to join but doent send meeting links to user, what is the way out, whenever i try to resend meeting link to user, i get an smtp error and my smtp is properly configued, it sends passcode, reset code and the likes to users

Hi friend, is it possible to change the service duration settings?
For example, if a service lasts 2:30 hours (two and a half hours), you can’t enter 2.3 or 2.5. You have to enter the duration in minutes, i.e., 150 minutes. It’s inconvenient for the user’s client to calculate how long each service lasts.
