I have noticed that your e-commerce platform already handles multiple currencies correctly: when switching from one currency to another (for example, from dollars to euros), the entire platform automatically adapts. However, the same does not apply to languages. When switching between English and French, the platform does not automatically adjust, which forces the administrator to handle the conversion manually.

I believe it would be much better if this process were automatic, so that the entire platform is instantly displayed in the selected language. This would greatly improve the experience for both administrators and users.

In summary, adding multiple languages only makes sense if they are applied automatically across the platform, just as it is already the case with currencies. I kindly invite you to correct this issue.

You’re right—the platform already applies currency changes instantly; today, language changes are managed from Admin → Languages (key–value pairs seeded from English) with an optional auto-translate helper. We can use third-party services (e.g., Google/Yandex) via own API key, and those providers may charge fees, but we think about it also

Based on your note, we’ve prioritized a core update to make language switching automatic across the entire site—just like currency. This includes browser-language detection, per-user preference (remembered), curated default language packs maintained by us (starting with English & French, expanding next), and full admin overrides so you can fine-tune wording. This work is already in progress and will ship in an upcoming update. Thanks again for helping us improve the experience for both administrators and customers.

I would like to know if, in your next update, you plan to include two features that would be very useful for shop owners:

1. Purchase Price & Sale Price Management At the moment, I see that the system allows setting VAT and taxes, as well as seller subscriptions. However, there is no section where the shop owner can enter both the purchase price and the sale price of a product. This would be essential in order for the system to automatically calculate the profit margin per unit sold and display it in the statistics dashboard, both for shop owners and for sellers linked to the shop. Do you plan to integrate this feature?

2. Product Import via Excel I noticed that the system allows exporting products via Excel, but not importing them. Instead of uploading directly into the database, it would be much more convenient to have the option to import products directly from Excel within the dashboard. Is this functionality planned in future updates?

New update has not RTL support. very disappointing and might be one of the reasons sales are low, while the same is offered in customization if one pays for it but a very important option for RTL languages.

How can I handle Store Pickup, Vendor Delivery or Local Pickup in Shipping?

It’s a good idea to always have the store name in the product listing so users can know who is selling the product. Please implement. I like to buy this script, but eagerly awaiting the aforementioned features.

Also the way store subscription is handled in seller admin is bad. I see a number of subscription plans. The seller should only have 1 plan there that he can upgrade or downgrade. I see seller can renew plan if even his plan is active. When this happens the plan detail doesn’t change. It should change to reflect for another month or year or whatever period the plan has. please reconsider this feature to make it more effective and less confusing to seller.

We have just installed the script. However, it gives 419 | PAGE EXPIRED error when we try to login. How do we solve that?

The issue of comma on price above 99,000 should be treated on the App section.

But it’s not like that on website, the website price display is as expected, but on the App it not.

We have already informed our app developer team regarding this and they will fix this in our next app update

in Product shipping configuration I can only set the Weight (In KG) can i change KG to another ?
