Right now I was having to consider Zapier to handle linking an email campaign to a lead on a self hosted CRM (Perfex) and memberships on WordPress websites. Would tools like Zapier still be needed? 2.Impact on the server (email marketing) – There will be no significant impact on your server. The process is lightweight and primarily works through Google Sheets, so server performance will remain stable.

3.Need for Zapier or similar tools – Zapier is not needed. All required integrations can be handled directly without any third-party automation tool.

4.Paid services or subscriptions – No paid services are required.only need is an API key (for example, OpenAI)
