I’m setting up a development environment on a subdomain to troubleshoot a new version. However, during installation, I’m encountering a domain mismatch error.

A product with two units and batch. If the first unit is purchased and the second unit is sold, the batch wise stock is shown incorrectly.

Yeah, i found the issue, it taxable value calculation formula, which is fixed now, find the link and replace the file on following location:

Note: You can use single license for single domain or subdomain or folder. If you wanted to install on multiple machine or multiple domain then you should buy license for each else purchase extended license.

I am trying to install the DeltaPOS application on my VPS (Ubuntu 24.04, PHP 8.2, MySQL 
, but during the web installation, I encounter the following error:
“Token Mismatched! Download Latest version of the application & Install”
I have ensured that the .env file is correctly configured, the database exists, and all file permissions are set properly.
Could you please advise how to resolve this issue and complete the installation successfully?

Apologies, You have not answered my previous comment question.
- Each version of the application has token, where in your condition app version and token is not matching.
More then 50 user’s are updated and installed the latest version of the application they not faced this mismatch token issue. This issue appeared only when changing the application version and token number.
Anyway, I still request you to extract fresh downloaded source code copy on your hosted server and it will work without issue.
If you still facing same issue, please make a video of installation with all steps like extracting the source code and following installation steps. You can email us at support@creatantech.com with the details.

If there are more than one warehouse and go to item => Item list, and and want to see item transaction, it will not show you just in selected warehouse, it show you transictuons in all warehouses. also there isnt any report for item transiction in a warehouse
In the Item List, we have added a warehouse filter only to display the item stock.

I dont want use batch tracking, I any invoice when i sellect an item, Batch Number window come, and some time invoice not saved cause in that batch number there isnt enough quantity. I want to mention that i deselect all of Batch & Serial Number Tracking options.

All the settings are saved in the database. Without modifying the database values, they will not appear again. This means that updating the settings is required, and it is not possible otherwise.

I have 3 questions.
1. I would like the POS to not accept negative pay on invoices. I notice the transaction gets saved when money is not paid in full by the client. I don’t want to complete/save a transaction that has not been paid in full.
2. I would want users assigned to a specific warehouse not to see/view items in another warehouse at the POS level. As of now, warehouse assigned users can see other warehouse items, although they cant transact; there is a need to hide items visibility.
3. I am unable to upload product pictures, logos and any icon in the different location. I get a server error message

1. By “negative payment,” do you mean you are entering negative amounts (like -100, -200)?
- Or do you mean you want to accept full payment only, without partial payments?
2. Items are visible, but did you check the stock quantity for that specific warehouse item?
- Example: ItemA may have a stock quantity of 10 in one warehouse and 15 in another.
- I suggest re-uploading the fresh source code and following the installation setup.
- Please ensure you are using the latest version of the application.
