Does admin has a way of control cover video for large file upload or is the video embedded link?

Regarding file size control: in the current version, admins do have a built-in option to assign specific MB limits for user uploads, allowing you to manage the maximum file size each user can upload.

No, monthly subscription plans cannot assign MB limits based on a single image upload size. The current MB limit in the plan refers to the total size of images a customer can upload, not the size of individual files.
Can a user upload videos as files , ist allow , if so that means MB control limits need to be determine during individual plans
At the moment, videos cannot be uploaded directly to the system. Only video URLs or embedded links (such as YouTube or Vimeo) can be integrated.

How can I set automatic approval after successful Paystack payment?
Right now, when a user purchases a plan, admin approval is required before activation. I want this process to be automated.
Here’s the desired flow:
A user selects and pays for a plan online via Paystack.
Once Paystack confirms the payment, the system should automatically verify it through the Paystack API or webhook.
The user’s plan should be instantly activated—no need for manual admin approval.
All features, benefits, and access tied to the purchased plan should be automatically applied to the user’s account.
This ensures that as soon as payment is successful, the user gets immediate access without delay, creating a smoother and more professional experience.

When it comes to updates, we recommend keeping your customizations separate from the core script files as much as possible. A few suggestions:
1. Use a child theme or custom theme folder if supported, instead of editing the default theme directly.
2. Document all customizations (file names, code snippets, and changes made) so it’s easier to reapply them after an update.
3. Avoid editing core files unless absolutely necessary. If you must edit them, keep a changelog of the modifications.
4. Test updates on a staging server before applying them to your live site to avoid disruptions.
5. Version control (like Git) is strongly recommended to track and merge updates smoothly.
By following these practices, incorporating future updates will be much simpler.

Just purchased the extended license. Any particular server environment you suggest. Also I hope images uploaded by the end user are resized and then saved on our server else consume a lot of space. Will install and then look for assistance if required.

Server environment: We recommend a VPS or cloud server with at least PHP 8.1+, MySQL 5.7+/MariaDB 10.4+ and at least 2GB RAM for smooth performance. Both Nginx and Apache are supported as long as the server meets Laravel’s requirements.
Image uploads: Please note that images uploaded by end users are not automatically optimized. They are saved as they are uploaded. We are working on a plugin to enable image optimization. These will be released as soon as the plugin is available.

The system will notify you when a new version is available, but updates are not applied automatically. You will need to manually update the script via the Software Updater in the admin panel.

You folks certainly created a most impressive NFC card APP for sure.
And it is refreshing that you folks address the customization options. Such as… background color, icon color, theme color, round contact buttons, profile picture, video, and layouts to other themes.
These are essential options for broader customization. After all, many other APP’s offer such valuable options.
My concern is mainly about the installation, and I wonder if you have detailed instructions, as I have a dedicated server with Plesk managing the server. However, I noted the Laravel option under Server Management, but I have never had a need to use it.
As such, I would prefer to start with a regular license, and if all goes well, proceed with an extended license upgrade for $99.00, if the $38 regular license fee can be deducted.

For the pricing cycle of the plans, even when I choose ‘Yearly’ on ‘General Configuration Settings’, the live site still remain ‘Monthly’. What could I be doing wrong or I’m not getting the right switch.
The General Configuration Settings only set the default pricing cycle for new plans. To make the change effective, you’ll need to re-validate the plan when creating or editing it. That way, the selected pricing cycle (Yearly/Monthly/Days) will apply correctly on the live site.

Hi, Looking to buy extended license, but in vcard creation is there a feature getting added to preview the vcard creation? currently its too and fro.. time consuming.
Thank you for your interest in the Extended License of GoBiz. At the moment, the vCard creation process does not include a live preview feature inside the customer panel. You would need to save and check the front-end view.
However, we understand this can be time-consuming, and we are already considering adding a preview functionality in a future update to make the process more seamless. While we can’t confirm an exact release date yet, this feature is on our development roadmap.

1. Webhook Integration
Currently, the system saves all customer details (from appointment, service booking, and contact forms) inside the contact list of each vCard. You can also download this data as Excel anytime.
Direct webhook/CRM integrations aren’t available yet, but they’re on our roadmap so you can easily send data to spreadsheets or CRM/email tools in the future.
2. Payment Reminder Emails
Automatic reminder emails (for example, 7 or 3 days before the due date) are already available.
You can configure this in Admin > Settings > General Settings by setting how many days in advance you want reminders sent.
Make sure to also create a cronjob on your server so the reminders are triggered automatically.
3. Team Member Addition
The option for customers to add team members is not built-in yet. We’ll consider this for upcoming updates as it’s a valuable feature request.
