Urgent Bug Report – Multiple Indian Store Modules Returning 404 Errors in Content Egg Pro

My name is Shivji Sharma, and I purchased Content Egg Pro from this CodeCanyon listing. I’m writing to report a critical issue affecting multiple Indian store modules.

1. Problem Description

• Modules failing: Amazon.in, Flipkart, eBay.in, Myntra
• Modules working correctly: Croma (and possibly others)
• Type of error: Adding products by URL or keyword search fails with a 404 response.

HTTP request status fails: 404 - Not Found
Server replay: 404 Not Found
nginx/1.18.0 (Ubuntu)

This error occurs for all products tested, not just individual listings.

2. Test URLs Used

• Amazon.in → https://www.amazon.in/dp/B09F5Z694W
• Flipkart → https://www.flipkart.com/p/itmfhwuyrshnbzmg
• eBay.in → multiple sample URLs (all fail)
• Myntra → multiple sample URLs (all fail)

All these links load normally in a browser, so the products are valid.

3. Troubleshooting Already Done

• Content Egg Pro updated to latest version
• WordPress and PHP fully updated
• No firewall, CDN, or cache interference (tested disabled)
• Compared with working module (Croma) which imports correctly
• Tested multiple URLs to confirm it’s not an isolated case

4. Evidence Provided

I have full-page screenshots showing:

• Working module (Croma) fetching correctly
• Non-working modules showing 404 errors
• Multiple product URLs tested in Content Egg admin panel

5. Likely Cause

These stores may have changed their HTML or API structure, which likely broke the Content Egg Pro parsers for Amazon.in, Flipkart, eBay.in, and Myntra. Since other modules work, this does not appear to be a server or configuration issue on my end.

6. Urgent Support Request

1. Can you confirm whether these modules are currently broken?
2. Are parser updates planned soon? Any estimated timeline?
3. Do you have a temporary workaround (beta parser, manual fix, or code snippet)?
4. Would you like debug logs, plugin version info, or temporary admin access?

This is very urgent because these stores are critical to my affiliate site, and I am unable to add or update any products from them.

Hello wpsoul, I mentioned about content egg elements getting duplicated on my website , I am updating products with rehub theme’s additional plugins( Import wp) from admin side.

To bring more clarity I can say that when the existing pages are getting updated then the already rendered content( by content egg only) getting duplicated. & that’s looking ugly!

Hello, Why the price has tripled from $50 to $149? The $50 version from codecanyon still includes lifetime updates and you have to update manually, I think that’s fine. On the keywordrush website, updates are automatic for $50 and can still use the plugin for several years. The $149 price is very high.
