Hi there, We’ve fixed your issue. The problem was with the .htaccess file, either it was updated incorrectly by you or it was the default one from cPanel.

Hi there, We have fixed this issue in the latest version. Please note: if you replace it with the old script, some functions may not work properly because it was for version 7.1, while the current version is 7.6. Hopefully, you understand.

Please go to outlet list and then go to edit form, you will get to set your own item for that outlet

1. Is there anyway that counter can be locked on user on 1 browse don’t make it multiuser on 1 counter? Sometimes the order number is not series if there are other user id using same counter.

is there anyway to uninstall the system from one domain to move another ,since the uninstall from the system is not working and my support is finished?. my username and purchasecode works on system update,but when uninstall it says username and code not registered.this is the first time i am trying to uninstall ,so i did not know the system uninstall was not working before my support end.

regarding about purchases, why is it there is no received mechanism when we purchase it automaticaly add to the system. It should be first verified on real world scenario. purchases are not actual purchases it needs to be verified or receive it first before adding it to the system.

We made the purchase process simple. Only a big restaurant follows you mentioned long process that can be difficult to explain to our maxixmum buyers. I hope you understand. Thanks!
