You can easily convert to MVC as you desire. we used Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) pattern and Dependency Injection pattern which are more recent and modern. MVC is quite old

Navigate to /Adminreg and create an account. But in your production environment the recommended approach is to seed the data during migration and do not forget to delete the /Adminreg.cshtml before you publish your app.

When you say web api, Do you mean there is a rest api between the app and the database ? is it integrated into the source code or is it a separate project to be installed on the server?
Yes!. You can simply create a controller and link to each service using Repository pattern and Dependency Injection.
