In another order of thought, this option must be set by the administrator, I say, that is, if I have 10 attributes in a category, not all of them are displayed, they can prevent SEO, so I set the main one from 10 attributes, I leave you an example below.

I have the Electronics category with 5 attributes: Attributes: Color, Material, Width, Weight, Thickness

In every attribute that you create as an administrator, you can check whether it should be displayed or not, I certainly don’t think it’s something very complicated, nor easy considering that there are also sellers (stores).

But with this option, a single product on a page that has 3 variations, for example, ends up being indexed as 3 products. I’m currently implementing them and I have many products, so in order for them to be indexed in Google, I put them each separately, but it takes a long time and it’s not ok. I’m eagerly awaiting this update and will come back with other suggestions if necessary.

1. It is auto cropped to thumbnail when you upload an image in admin panel. By default, it uses image size 300×300 to display your product image in listing.

You can increase this size in Settings → Media if you need.

2. Your image will be optimized when uploading to the site. You can config it in Settings → Media.

You can even limit size or convert it to WebP.

The shipping section is a complete mess. It doesn’t function properly; it always shows a shipping fee regardless of the location type or ZIP code. It ignores and deletes the shipping rules you set once you change that shipping rule’s price. Please fix this and also test it on mobile, as it behaves and displays differently there compared to the web version. It is a total mess…

Shipping rules for states and cities does not work fine. Any change you make turns into something crazy a few minutes later. The system does not recognize your rules nor applies them.

This issue is very prevalent when checking out as a guest. When you check out as a user with a saved address, it works fine, but as a guest, it does not.

I’m not sure what happened, but when a customer or vendor tries to create an account, a 500 error appears. Additionally, the system is not sending email verification emails from the admin panel it shows a server error or indicates that it cannot send emails.

Thank you, I just edited ConfirmEmailNotification.php and issue resolved.

Registration 500s and admin “server error” message come from an empty “verification_expire_minutes” setting that crashes Carbon, although it is not empty inside admin panel. Filling in the setting did not work so I had to patch the notification class in that file.

There are several critical issues with the theme that need urgent attention to enhance functionality and user experience.

Firstly, the option for customers to upload a transaction receipt is implemented, but the receipt is not stored anywhere in the system. Neither the admin nor the vendor can view or save the uploaded receipt, rendering the feature ineffective for operational purposes. Currently, the transaction receipt is only accessible to the customer, which is impractical as both the admin and vendor require visibility and access to verify and manage these uploads effectively.

Secondly, when a customer selects “Bank Transfer” as the payment method, there is no mechanism to indicate payment confirmation to the vendor. A dedicated order status called “Payment Verified” should be introduced to signal the vendor to begin preparing the order. Additionally, the current system incorrectly sends a “payment confirmed” email when the order status changes from “Pending” to “Completed.” This is misleading, as “Completed” should signify that the order has been delivered and the customer is satisfied, not that the payment has been confirmed.

Thirdly, the vendor dashboard lacks translation functionality. Users are unable to switch languages, leaving the dashboard stuck in the default language. This limitation hinders usability for vendors operating in multilingual regions or preferring a different language, making the interface less accessible and user-friendly.

Fourthly, there is a confusing issue in the vendor dashboard for confirmed vendors. Upon logging in, the dashboard displays an option to “Become a Member,” even though the vendor is already a confirmed member. Clicking this option simply redirects back to the dashboard, creating a redundant and confusing user experience that needs to be resolved.

Lastly, a critical issue arises when multiple users access the website from the same computer. Items added to the cart or selected for comparison by one user remain visible even after that user logs out. When another user logs in, these items persist in the cart and comparison list. This issue escalates during checkout, where products added by previous users are included in the new user’s checkout process, regardless of whether a second, third, or fourth user logs in. This is a severe privacy and functionality flaw, as it compromises the user experience and could lead to incorrect orders.

It is disappointing that this issue has persisted for years without investigation or resolution, and it requires immediate attention to ensure user sessions are properly isolated and cleared upon logout.

1. The order proof is shown on the order detail page, right below the payment info. In the next version, we will highlight it to make it easier to see, and also show it in the payment transaction details.

2. I’m not sure how you changed the order status to “Completed” without confirming the payment. But this is not the correct logic — an order should not be completed if the payment is not done. “Completed” means everything is finished: the payment is made, and the product is delivered.

We will improve this in the next version to prevent marking an order as completed if the payment is not finished.

4. I think it is just a cache issue when you login/logout in multiple accounts. I see it’s still fine for me, it will change “Become a vendor” to “Vendor dashboard” when that account is a vendor already.

5. Some customers just want to log out and login to another account before processing checkout, it’s in the same device.

Imagine, I want to use another account to buy products on your site, so I don’t want my cart to be destroyed and have to add products again.

Hello team, I want to know if I can add 2 payment methods to the site. Both payments should be by card but from different banks.

For example:

If a user is an individual and places an order, they should pay only through Stripe (other options should not be available).

If a user is a company, the payment should be made only through Paypal. (other options should not be available, for example Stripe should not appear as a suggestion or payment option).

I mention this aspect because in my country, commissions vary greatly from one provider to another and it would help enormously to be able to make such a setting on the site.
