Worst support , i purchased the product and showed different mal functioned UI front ens during installation and front end website is showing worst form , i tried to reach their ticket ,.no response from a week , tried to open an account in their support system,. they send email verification link , upon clicking shows forbidden ..completelyt useless…

3. Advance Custom Question with Select Box, Checkbox/Radio Button
4. Showing Featured Job Price&Duration, Highlighted Job Price&Duration on the Pricing Page
5. Shortening the process for Pay-Per Job from Plans&Billing -> Upgrade Plan
6. Action on the Notification list, currently when click the Notification Icon only showing the notification list but nothing happened (example: directly navigate to a specific approved job when click the Approved Job notification)

1. Can you change default selected account creation to be Employer first? Not as its now Candidate first, it is very important so Employers do not mistakenly create Candidate profile.
2. Can your create a List style option to view all jobs, which is much better UI used by all popular sites instead of Grid view, which is very difficult to browse.
3. On the Pricing table, it look like each Package is limited to only 3 features, is there a way to add additional custom features for each package, example feature to share on social media, etc.
4. Can you add ability to Post a job without account creation?
5. Your theme has many grammar errors, instead of ‘All Country’ it should be ‘All Countries’, etc.

2. List View for Job Listings Instead of Grid View Thanks for the suggestion! At the moment, the system only supports Grid view for job listings. A List view option is not yet available, but we recognize it’s a more user-friendly layout and may consider adding it in a future update.
3. More Than 3 Features in Pricing Table Right now, the pricing table is limited to showing three features per package. There’s no built-in option to add custom feature fields, like “Social media sharing”, but this is a great idea, and we’ll note it for future enhancements.
4. Post a Job Without Creating an Account Currently, only admins can post jobs without an account. For public users, account creation is required to post a job. Allowing guest job postings may be possible with customization.
5. Grammar and Language Issues in Theme Thank you for spotting this! You’re right—phrases like “All Country” should be “All Countries”. ✅ Fortunately, all text in the theme is easily editable via the admin panel or language files, so you can correct or localize them as needed.

1. Any plan for add multi-company profile in one Employer account?
2. On the job workflow, the employer able to add different job flow. But I guess this is per-job flow, is there Global job workflow ?
3. Is candidate able to create multiple resume? For example a candidate might to find different job other than his main expertise, let say his expertise is Programmer but he also want to find a Sales job. That’s looks bad if he is send the Programmer resume, when he is apply for a sales job.
4. Is the interface build using Vue likes Components, or simply Blade ? If using Vue, is the Vue source code also provided? or only compiled JS provided?
5. Is API available ? So I can connect with external sources.
6. Your roadmap seem outdated, any recent or uptodate Roadmap?
7. Your messaging between candidate and employer on the demo seem broken.

About the Highlight a job, when the Quota is empty, but on your demo still display ‘Job Promote Successfully’ even though you are showing out of the highlight remains.

You did a good job implementing the tool; I’ll be purchasing it at the end of the month. But I have a few observations: limiting resume uploads in packages isn’t enough; more features are needed to persuade candidates to subscribe to the packages, such as:
1. Allowing video resume recording;
2. Receiving job openings based on your interest via WhatsApp, position, location, etc.;
3. Candidates who subscribed to the packages should be available to premium candidates first, 48 hours in advance, and then made available to everyone. They should also receive job alerts as soon as new openings are posted via WhatsApp. This is what can engage users to join the platform and also allow employers to receive application notifications on their WhatsApp.
