Hi, how to solved an endless multi-resolutions process? The gear icon keep spinning, and no multi-resolutions images generated. The requirement is fine, except shell_exec, all packages stated NO, and the executable files are also set to NO. But i am using your external server for all extra tools. Example: If I set mydomain.com, only for the virtual tour with a friendly URL “house,” I’ll access it at the URL www.mydomain.com/viewer/house. Okay? Will the virtual tour “apartment” also be accessed through the URL www.mydomain.com/viewer/apartment, even if I haven’t applied this configuration?

No entanto, mesmo depois de selecionar uma dessas opções, ainda consigo acessar tours, globos e vitrines usando o mesmo domínio.
Outra sugestão, se você achar relevante para uma atualização futura: Se eu adicionar dois domínios personalizados, como companydomain1.com e companydomain2.com, ambas as empresas ainda poderão acessar e usar os domínios uma da outra.
Seria ótimo ter uma maneira de restringir cada domínio apenas à empresa e ao tipo de conteúdo atribuídos.

I might as well think of doing it, but the problem is that if someone has set an alias manually in their server settings they would be blocked by the security check.

What would you like to do on the webhook? Isn’t just the email notification enough?
Email is great for notification, but a webhook would allow form data and leads to be sent directly to a CRM, making the platform a part of a marketing funnel.

Ciao! To access the Services section, you have a few options:
- Look for the “Services” item in the main menu, just below “Subscriptions”
- Alternatively, click the shortcut button located at the top right, near the plan name.
- Lastly, if you’ve enabled the option in Administrator → Settings → General → Features → “Popup Add Room / Services”, then a popup will automatically appear whenever a customer creates a tour that ask to create rooms or purchase additional services.
Andrea, it doesn’t show the “services”, only the info related to adding rooms. The button on the top right, near the plan is missing. Grazie.
Sorry I forgot to tell you that the services must be enabled in Administrator → Settings → SaaS Registration tab

Are you a web programmer? It’s not an easy task. You need to integrate the Shopify APIs to retrieve products and then integrate the addition of products to the cart (I’m not even sure if Shopify allows you to do that).

Not yet. First time someone asks me, if I receive other requests I will evaluate it.

For each tour there is the possibility of adding a custom HTML code, so you can do whatever you want, but obviously you have to know a minimum of web programming.

I have a question regarding the script and abilities.
In the ‘dollhouse’ 3D model section, could I build rooms using images of a room.
Basically could I replace the different walls with images take of a room, or just using 360 captures.
I need to create a virtual walk through of a property but need to be able for user to view the different images of specific pictures of rooms taken.
So can selective rooms walls be replaced with individual images?

Hi, when creating a Globe viewer to link your Tours on. Is there a way to use two different types of markers? Like the circle marker to show Tourist spots and another colour marker to show for instance a business. Could you just let me know if it would be possible to create different types of markers and maybe a little mini that can be added in the left corner to show: green marker – toursit spot; red marker- transport spots, etc

i have updated , 2 views in one room.
both pano have same interior , i just change the position of the view ( camera position ) , one is from entrance and another one is from opposit side.
as both the pano have different viewing position , markers and poi are getting missed matched.
i want to add separate markers and poi for both the views. how this is possible ?

i disable image compression in tour edit in > performance – compress image quality set to 100 and max width panorama to 0.
image resolution is 6000×3000 , image size is around 6 MB , the same resolution and size is display in tour settings also.
Still all my images are getting blur , and too much pixelated when i zoom it.
at the other hand images are very clear when i open in my computer’s photo viewer.
Note : i use : Settings > Tools > external service / resources
1) Solution for the image’s quality ?
2) is there any option to stop ” zoom ” , on mouse scroll ?

I am asking you to make a product prefrably using maplibre gl gs and three.js that can do so. maplibre can also use free google maps without api key for non commercial purpose although we can use map tiles api for commercial purposes. map libre also have a clear documention. It will become a successul product if you can spare some time. Thanks for your awesome support and great products always.
Changing the map engine at this point is not possible for me, it means rewriting the entire application.
Can we expect to add maplibre gl gs maps as a room type. So simple virtual tour which is already a awesome product gets even more appealing.

Hi, i am using aws as storage for my images. the issue i am facing is that when i add and upload a staging image it is getting stored in the aws storage but not getting rendered as the software is using ”../viewer/staging/icon_1747993898.png” instead of “https://s3.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com/360pros.in/viewer/staging/icon_1747993898.png”. i was just testing the feature but unable to complete the testing

the issue come out to be presence of $id_poi = (int)$_POST[‘id’]; // ❌ wrong $id_poi = (int)$_POST[‘id_poi’]; in save_poi_staging.php in my case
