I got the same error mentioned by some of other customer named ecoosystem 5 months ago and am also facing the same issue
When you create a new organization or several and add a WhatsApp API number, all messages arrive in the main API number’s chat and do not reach the organization’s chat—a serious error.
Please let me know how to fix it

We already enabled the message option on the WhatsApp webhook through the Meta platform, so the setup is correct on our side. If you don’t understand my problem, let me explain it clearly:
When a user sends a message to the WhatsApp number connected to the web app, their message does not appear on the live chat.
However, if we send a message from the web app to that same user, the message appears in the web app and the user receives it on WhatsApp.
Second issue: I also tested Flow Maker Pro, but it doesn’t work.
All of these problems started after setting up the embedded Facebook login.
Additionally, I’m unable to reply on the support page because my support period expired, and I’m not willing to pay another $150 for support that I cannot trust to deliver.
For the past 6 months, I’ve received almost no meaningful support despite paying over $400 (including the all-access pass and additional costs). My last message on the support portal has been unanswered for over month , and even before my support expired, response times were so slow that progress was impossible.
My app has been stuck for over 6 months due to unresolved bugs, and this has caused serious delays in my project. I purchased this script with high expectations, but the support experience has been unacceptable.

My support has expired, and I understand renewing it costs $150. Before doing so, I need to know if it’s really worth the investment. I’ve been waiting for a reply to my ticket (#89177) for more than 6 months. Bugs are never fully resolved — when one is fixed, another appears. Response times are extremely slow, sometimes weeks or even months. For example, your last reply was over 90 days ago.
I’ve contacted you through WhatsApp, ticket system, and even Twitter, but received no response. This is not professional.
I purchased the RPRO script and all of your addons, but I haven’t received proper support for this script. All I’m asking is to fix my current problem so I can launch my app and recover my investment.
My main issues are:
Flow builder is not working.
Messages from WhatsApp users are not showing in live chat.
Please fix this as soon as possible.

Our current Whatsbox installation only includes the compiled JS bundle (minified) for extra modules like Flowmaker, which are not part of our base plan. Unfortunately, the actual frontend source code (Vue/React files) — where node types like message, buttons, etc., are registered — is not included.
Why this is a problem
New features like a Review block require both backend logic and a matching UI component in the frontend source.
With only the compiled JS, adding code is guesswork — high-risk and time-consuming.
We can implement backend logic to store review data, but it will never display in the visual editor without frontend source changes.
Why editing the compiled bundle is unsafe
Patching minified bundles is fragile, error-prone, and breaks easily on rebuilds or updates.
Manual changes are overwritten with any vendor update or JS rebuild.
This creates ongoing maintenance risks and instability.
Conclusion Without the uncompiled Flowmaker source code, we cannot safely add a new Review section or any other custom element to the visual editor. The correct, long-term approach is to obtain the original Flowmaker source files from you, so we can rebuild and extend it properly.
Please let us know if you can provide access to the uncompiled source or an alternative method for extending the Flowmaker frontend safely.

We purchased the WhatsApp tool along with the All Pass, but the Pro version is still not working.
Nothing is functioning as expected, and there has been no proper support from your side. If this continues, we request a full refund, as the system has bugs and is not useful until the problems are resolved.

We’re currently using the latest version of WhatsBox Code (v3.7.0). As mentioned earlier, I have purchased the All Access Pass, but I’m still unable to access the Flow Maker – PRO feature.
I followed the previous instructions and downloaded the package from Lemon Squeezy, but the feature is still not available.
Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue?
Also, would it be possible to implement a system similar to QR Menu Maker – SaaS – Contactless QR Restaurant Menus, where you provide an app download code? This would allow us to easily download the latest files directly within the installed app and simplify updates.

I purchased the WhatsBox system from CodeCanyon and it has been working fine until now.
After installing the latest update which includes the new Flow feature, the feature stopped working completely — it doesn’t load at all.
I followed the update instructions, but whenever I try to open the Flow Maker, nothing loads and the page remains stuck.
Since I cannot upload files directly in the support ticket, I have sent you the screenshot and the video demonstrating the issue via X (Twitter).
Please review and let me know: How I can restore the Flow feature to working condition. If there are any additional steps required after the update.

yes sure my user is shaybua i sent you again please check you X inbox I purchased both the WhatsBox system and the All Access Pass add-ons from you, yet I’m still unable to download Flow Pro — it only lets me download the regular Flow.
Moreover, when I install it, it completely breaks the Flow feature and I’m unable to use it at all.
