Hi, is anyone else experiencing the same problem as me, or is this script only for people who know programming and can fix the script’s issues themselves? I write on Thursday and have to wait for a response on Friday, but the responses don’t solve the problem. I write on Friday and have to wait until Monday, and they respond again with things that don’t solve the problem. Something as simple as creating a bot flow, adding the words that activate the flow, activating it, but the flow doesn’t activate or respond to customers. In one seller account, it responds to 50% of users, and I created another seller account, and the bot flow doesn’t respond to anyone, but the support response is always the same.
“Please cross check that if some other bots may have the same keywords etc, as when we tested it on our side it works well.”
I have to wait 5 days, including non-business days, for simple responses that don’t solve something so simple.

I don’t see the implementation or configuration manual anywhere, if you are referring to the simple guide that is included on the super administrator website, let me tell you that those guides are a total disgrace. For example, how to obtain Pusher credentials, when logging in there are two options, which one should be selected? MAKE SOMETHING COMPLETE, A STEP BY STEP MANUAL IS THE MINIMUM YOU SHOULD PROVIDE
