It’s connected through API, you just need to enter your website URL to BASE_API_URL in .env config file of that Flutter mobile apps.
To keep the checkout page simple and reuse from the web version, don’t need to make extra integration for native mobile payment checkout and shipping, we use web view from web checkout for mobile app, so shipment works the same as web version. It will work as your shipping settings in Settings → Ecommerce → Shipping.

When you create a digital product, you will have this option.

Then, when someone buy your product, it will assign 1 license from the list to customer and send it to customer’s email.
Once it’s purchased, license code will be shown like this.

When someone buy that product, all money will come to the site owner, order amount after commission fee will be added to vendor balance, and they can make a withdrawal requests to get payout from the admin.
