is this scenario meta compliant? i want to purchase whatsmark saas. instead of embedded signup, i want to create developer account and apps for my companies(note: every firm has its own business manager account. they are not under one business manager). then i want to add ny firms as sub users in my saas platform via secret key etc.

my doubts: if we want to offer cloud api, tech provider registration compulsory? do we need to onboard only via embedded signup? if multiple users are using same platform with developer account will meta block that domain ir platform?

Any server like shared hosting, vpc or cloud will work.

The credit management concept is already added. so we don’t have a plan to add a wallet system.

For message? Like if i have onboarded my client and i have attached credit line or my card as payment method to his whatsapp account and I want to charge him like recharge basis. Example: He pays me 1000+GST and i will add 1000 message credit to him.

Right we don’t have plan for that. you are free to do changes in your landing page. More over we added feature for enable/ disable language page. So many buyers are using theirs own landing page Using wordpress or custom pages.

I am very happy to discover this system, I am definitely going to buy, after understanding how it works. I have few questions, as a beginner in AI world:

1. Is it possible to continuously train the bot for each tenant, so that their customers have accurate and updated answers?

2. Is it possible, to add other languages for the chatbot (like Swahili a common language in AFrica), or any other african language I want? What does this require?

Is it currently possible to connect more than one WABA number (WhatsApp Business Account) in a single client instance, if they are all verified via Embedded Signup and belong to the same Business Manager (BM)?

My goal is to distribute message traffic across multiple numbers within the same tenant, rather than creating a new account per number.

If not available yet, could this feature be considered for a future update? It would greatly improve scalability for high-volume messaging use cases.

I’m following up on a question I sent earlier regarding the possibility of connecting multiple WABA numbers to a single tenant/client instance on WhatsMarkSaaS — assuming all numbers are verified via Embedded Signup and belong to the same Business Manager.

To recap, my main goal is to distribute messaging traffic across multiple numbers within the same tenant, avoiding the need to create a separate account for each one. This would be extremely helpful for scalability in high-volume use cases.

If this is already possible, I’d appreciate some guidance on how to configure it. If not yet available, could you kindly let me know if this is being considered for a future update?

Can we directly charge users for the the message they will send or will they have to pay that to Meta? I want that ability so that I can charge them per message, instead of a biggger upfront monthly or yearly payment.

However, I would like to suggest an improvement that could significantly enhance the user experience. Currently, the WhatsApp API integration requires several technical steps, including:

Creating and configuring an app on Meta for Developers;
Manually generating and renewing access tokens;
Setting up webhooks and message templates;
Managing tiers, policies, and other technical configurations.

While this approach works for developers, it can be too complex and time-consuming for agencies, resellers, and everyday users who just want to get started quickly.

Other platforms like Kommo, 360dialog, Zoko, Twilio, and Wati already offer pre-approved WhatsApp Business API integrations, where users can:

Register their number in Meta Business;
Authorize via Facebook with a single click;
Instantly start using the API — no need to create apps or configure servers.

Therefore, I kindly request that you consider adding native support for integration with official BSPs like 360dialog, Kommo, or similar Meta-approved partners.

This feature would make it much easier for users to activate WhatsApp on WhatsMark with just a few clicks, greatly improving usability and aligning your product with modern SaaS standards in the market.
