Setting up a payment method is required in the restaurant owner’s account so that when customers pay for their orders, the money goes to the restaurant owner’s account instead of the admin.
Payment method is required for SAAS business owner’s, it’s not required for restaurant owners.

hello, im planning to purchase your code but I couldnt manage to see customer side. random texts appears when I read the QR no link is generated. and language options.i need minimum 2 Languages both for admin/restaurant owner and customer side.

Restros is a powerful and well-structured restaurant management platform. While testing the system, I found it to be feature-rich and user-friendly. However, I’d like to share a few suggestions that I believe are critical for fast-food and pizza chains—especially those offering customized orders such as burgers and pizzas.
One key area of improvement is order customization. There should be an option to modify an item before placing the order. For example, a customer may want to remove cheese, add extra patties, change the size, or choose a different side item like fries or a salad. This can be effectively handled using modifiers, add-ons, or combo customization features within the POS and online ordering system.
Another important addition would be the ability to print delivery slips for riders. Currently, there is no dedicated function for this. I recommend adding a “Print Delivery Note” feature that includes order details, address, customer contact, special instructions, and item summaries. Additionally, it would be helpful to have the option for auto-printing slips when an order is marked as ready for delivery.
For better efficiency, especially when handling large menus or customer databases, real-time AJAX-based search should be implemented across key modules such as POS, customer records, items, and orders. This would help staff locate information faster and improve operational speed.
For pizza and burger stores in particular, I would like to suggest a few more enhancements:
Support for half-and-half pizza orders, allowing different toppings on each side.
A "Build Your Own" pizza or burger feature, with step-by-step selections (size → crust → toppings → sauces → add-ons) and dynamic pricing updates.
An intuitive combo meal builder for deals like burger + fries + drink, with customizable logic.
The ability to repeat or clone previous orders for quick reordering by customers or staff.
A visible and clear “Special Instructions” field that prints on slips and appears on kitchen displays.
A kitchen timing and SLA feature to track preparation times and trigger alerts if prep exceeds a defined time limit.
An option to collect customer feedback or ratings after each order, especially for deliveries.
I strongly believe that implementing these improvements will significantly enhance the system’s usability and make it more suitable for fast-food and delivery-based businesses. This will not only increase customer satisfaction but also make the platform more appealing to a broader market segment. As a result, it can lead to higher adoption rates—including my own potential purchase—and ultimately contribute to increased sales and growth for your product.
