There is a major error in your application, and it is a very big problem: the administrator must specify service areas in advance, and then the service provider chooses the service area. This causes a lot of effort and many problems. The best thing, and what is used in all applications of this type, is for the service provider to specify the distance he chooses between himself and the customer. For example, the service provider chooses to receive requests that are within a distance of one kilometer, for example, and another service provider chooses to receive requests that are within a distance of two kilometers. Thus, an option must be added to the service provider’s control panel to specify the distance from which he can receive requests. The administrator should not create multiple service areas, and then the service provider may choose the wrong service area, and so on. I very, very, very urgently request that this option be added to the service provider’s control panel and application, allowing them to specify the distance from which they can receive requests. This is something necessary, well-known, and used by all applications. What you have is a major error and causes many problems. This must be added in the next update.

Sir the partial payment system allows customers to pay a portion of the total amount using their wallet balance only, and the remaining amount can be paid by Cash After Service, Offline Payment, or other available digital methods.

Partial payment is not based on a percentage. This feature is configured entirely from the Admin Panel. Admin can enable or disable the wallet and partial payment feature as needed. Thank you.

Why can’t providers create their own services?

Sir the system currently in a way where admin will manage the whole things, The admin need to create services and can setup the prices based on area/zone. Provider can only subscribe to a service. I see that the most common request is for providers to set their own service prices. But even so, this is never done. Tell me, an app like this has dozens of professions, each with 5 to 20 services.

2-Do you have a method to prevent a customer to not pay the services with when it is finish? I mean when we enable cash after service.3- how to refund customer ?

Sir, If your support period has expired, you may renew it from the support tab to receive assistance. Kindly note, technical support is only available for the purchased script — not for other scripts like Demandium. Regarding “Cash After Service,” the system allows customers to pay after the service is completed, but it currently does not restrict unpaid services. Also, there is no built-in refund option in the panel at this time. Thank you.
