Can user login and reply to the chat manually
Yes, both clients and support/admin users can log in and reply to chats in real time. The chatbot is developed using Socket.IO for real-time communication, and all messages—whether sent by the user, support,—are recorded and stored in the database.

This project is very good but full of errors there is no smoothness the site is relatively heavy also the live screen does not move smoothly and is on the left of the screen and not in the middle there are many interferences in some of them when browsing any menus it really needs improvement
