Hi, hope you’re doing well. I just purchased this module, but I can’t edit a new staff member (admin/staff). When I click “View”, the ‘Save’ button disappears and the tabs aren’t accessible. This only happens for users who are Not Staff Member, if you try to edit an Admin user, there’s no problem. If I disable your Hosting Manager, everything works fine. The same issue happens on your DEMO

Went to upgrade the module, and got this error: No migration could be found with the version number: 210.. Module works, but remains Yellow even though active?

This plugin does not support a very basic function. Search. You cant seem to add your customers to the hosting through a simple search function. I have over 1000+ clients and the list is not even in alphabatical order. The Client and Project must have a basic SEARCH function which isnt supported. The Client side has got no information regarding their hosting Information as well. Whats the point of adding this information as an admin, if the client dosent have this information ? Such a shame.

Hi Guys, the support keeps disappointing. Ticket open for 2 weeks without response. We find another serious error, when activating the module the collaborators screen crashes completely, even the save button is hidden. We even sent a video demonstrating.

I opened a call on 09/10 and until today I haven’t had an answer.

Hi, why don´t integrate this with the Domain Manager, as it haves many features (as FTP and DB) needed on there. Also, many of us are not working with cpanel, please change to “admin log page” or something like that. Thanks!

Just purchased it, three things I would like to suggest for the next version. 1. Automatic e-mail/sms reminder to Staff before expiration of the hosting plan for a client. This will help staff to create new invoices before their client hosting expires for the yearly renewals. Please note: We don’t want to send our client automatic hosting service expiration notification, since every client is handled by a staff, we would like to send the expiration e-mail/sms notification to the staff who’s handling that client instead. 2. Showing Hosting Manager tab on Customer’s page, I saw it in the product screenshot here: https://s3.envato.com/files/612465554/Screenshot-1.png but it’s not showing there anymore after I installed it. 3. Ability to add the Domain expiration date where you see FTP, Domain, Database etc details for the hosting. This will also help the client to see the domains expiration dates at a glance from their client portal.

regarding the update you are going to do of the expiration date it will be very good to plan to send a purchase order (a certain date before expiration) with that email and be relate the hosting/domain with the purchase order. The purchase order can be then converted to invoice in this way you have all the nedeed relation that is the organizing the hosting, domains and so and also the invoicing part. Besides it would be great if you can consider for future updates to send the email credentials by email whenever a new email is created.

That’s a real shame. I thought customers had access to the information on the “client view” side. Do you plan to do this?

How could you tell me how to display domain renewal information on the client side? Do you have any strings to display on a page or in a ticket?

It would also be good to provide email notifications to notify you of domain or hosting renewals.

How we can sell deicated servers or VPS with this panel? Chose ram for server, hdd space, bandwidth, etc parameters? Chose OS to install on server? We need this panel for sells Servers, Collocation, etc? Not only cpanel ftp hosting.

Major bug. Your plugin blocks using the notes and time sheets on the Staff members. Please look into this.

LOVE LOVE LLOOVVEE This Module! For such a small module it is packed with Features! We are having the same issues as Swift-Marketing-Agency (see comment below) and have lodged a support ticket.
