Hi, this is really a very nice tool. Some questions though:
- Is it possible to deactivate user registration i.e. account creation? Or maybe remove/hide the option from the login page. Even if such accounts are not active, it is probably a source of spam.
- How can we as admin change the password of a user? We have users, that forgot their password and the email to reset is, does not get send.
- Is there a way to allow a user to edit/change the flows created by other users?
- How can we change the text of the landing page or maybe customize this page to our needs?
- What are your plans to extend the elements? We would appreciate basic text formatting i.e. bold/italic and maybe some checkbox element.

Thanks a lot for the kind words. About your questions:
- yes, I will add an option to turn off user registration, and also a way for admins to reset user passwords directly from the panel
- right now, users can’t edit flows created by others. It is something I’m thinking about for the future, probably as part of a shared workspace feature
- the landing page is pretty simple at the moment. Ideally it should become a fully customizable page, but not at the moment
- for future plans, I’m currently working on custom wireframes

Right now, the app doesn’t support multiple languages, so to change the language, you will need to manually update all the text. I could consider implementing something like i18next in the future, so that the text is separated and it becomes easier to add new languages. But for now, there is no builtin option for this.

Hi, yes, if you set up OpenAI API, you will need to pay for usage, but the cost is very low. Of course, you don’t have to connect the API, the app will still work and allow you to build any flows. AI only generate it based on prompt.
In general, this app is build to be used internally by agencies and companies that need such software. If you want to make money, you will need to add a payment system. I’m providing it as a tool for anyone who need or wants to model website sitemaps, user flows, or funnel charts.

It is based on GPT-4.1 for standard use, and on GPT-5 when in reasoning mode.
For the base model, most prompts use around 800 tokens, sometimes less, which costs about ~$0.0025 per generation. So for $1 you can get roughly 400 generations. The reasoning model costs more, since its outputs are much much larger.

If you already have an existing project, it will probably be easier to use the React version, integrate FlowLite as a component into your app, and handle the API to store the flows. On the other hand, if your project is built with Laravel and Inertia for React, it will be much easier to use this Laravel version. So it depends on your current project stack.

Unfortunately, it is integrated with AI function at the moment. I will need to separate it. So yes, code exists but it is integrated with the AI and not as a separate feature that can be easy activate from UI.

Right now, the layout is fixed to horizontal. I chose this because, at the time I tested the AI the horizontal layout gives the best results. However, with more powerful models available right now, both layouts will probably work great. I think I will add an option so you can choose whether to generate in horizontal or vertical layout.

Can you move the AI chat box to the bottom and the zoom functions to the right of the viewport?
This will make it fit in with the user experience from most AI services, so the user doesn’t feel like things are out of place. Also, is it possible to double the height of the box? Just one row is constricting for UX.

My first idea was to copy all to a new flow/project. If we can copy a selection of nodes and paste it to anoter flow/project it is also interesting.

1. Currently only light theme is supported, no dark theme at the moment. 2. Yes, ReactFlow attribute can be removed – it’s released under MIT. I leave it on demo version to support the library.

It’s not about redirect, it’s about setting root folder for domain, in case of cPanel you need to setup Document root: https://docs.cpanel.net/cpanel/domains/domains/#new-document-root

As far as I see you have issue with Document root folder. If I enter to https://flow.digitalguild.agency/ It gives me a list of files, and this domain should point to the public folder of the FlowLite.
You can read about it in Quick Installation->Setup the public directory. If you use cPanel then you need to setup your Document Root to the /public folder of the FlowLite.
