I plan to use it for a real SaaS ecommerce project, so I’d like to clarify a few things:
- Multi-tenancy: Does it support multi-database per tenant, or only single-database?
- Performance: What optimizations are in place for large datasets (many products, orders, customers)?
- Scaling: How is the app designed to scale in production? Any caching, queues, DB indexing, or recommendations?
- Best practices: Do you have suggestions for server setup when data & traffic grow?
I want to make sure I configure it properly from the start for production.

Thank you for your purchase.
The system uses a single database, as most of our buyers prefer shared hosting.
We have implemented pagination, so whenever a specific site is visited, only that tenant’s limited data is loaded on each page.
Advanced scaling features are not included by default. However, since the full Laravel source code is provided, you may hire a Laravel developer to further scale it if needed.
For best performance, I recommend using a VPS. I cannot provide exact configuration details, as they may need to be enhanced based on the number of tenants.

File Storage: Please consider moving user-uploaded files to
storageinstead of placing them in thepublicfolder. Even better, add full support for S3 (entire system) instead of just local storage. -
Performance: In
AppServiceProvider, the current implementation shows 500+ queries (in some themes) on every request . Reducing these queries would make a huge difference for production usage.

Every Things is good but need sms / WhatsApp intermigration for registration , new order , shipping update etc ..so you need to integrate msg91 , twilio or google firebase

Currently, When an order is placed with a vendor on the Super Admin website and when a customer places an order with a vendor through the website, the order confirmation emails are not being sent to any of the relevant parties:
Super Admin – does not receive the order confirmation.
Vendor – does not receive a notification when a new order is placed.
Customer – does not receive an order confirmation after placing the order.

1) customer should receive mail notification if the SMTP credentials are properly set & no issue in server with those SMTP credentials
unfortunately, vendor, admin does not receive mail in our system
