Q: Hide Whatsapp numbers
Most of the times, employees or customers will contact each others privately to make under-table deals, sometimes the employee will completely serve the customer which will make a loss for the company. This is due to the employee being able to see and easily access Whatsapp numbers! My question is, is it possible that WhatsMarkSaaS hide cumbers or part of the numbers from Emplyees and customers? Well guys, I want to congratulate you on the good work you are doing and the excellent support, solving small problems that I encounter.
I’m going to give my suggestions at the flow generator level, which I consider important and basic for this to be much more functional.
1) Delay: this is extremely important when we create a bot that has many blocks, and I don’t want everything to reach the customer at once. I want to give them a little time to read or even watch a video and then send the other messages.
2) The ability to ask the customer for data and store it. In practice, this is very important because we definitely want to collect data and return it.
3) Tags and groups. It would be great to automate these functions that are already included in the script so that we can tell the flow builder, based on the flow, which group and tag the user who is interacting belongs to. This would greatly improve customer service.
4) Being able to trigger more blocks. I feel that this is limited, and I want to be able to send a block of text separately in two or three more blocks, depending on the information I want to send.
5) Custom fields. It would be great to be able to add more fields to customers, depending on the case, which would be ideal for additional information that the user wants to add for their customers.

I just hope you keep working in same speed to add new features in order to improve the product. I totally understand that the product is still new and in initial stage but I’d love to suggest you some important features.
Template creation, Shopify & woocomerce Integration, integrations for google sheet, zoho, slack, pabbly, google contacts, WhatsApp catalogue, google meet and calendar for appointment scheduling, AI assistant to automate responses and create bot flows. Web chat, WhatsApp forms, user input and then webhooks to connect with other tools, APIs to automate process using n8n automations.
Additional: DM & Comment automation for Facebook and Instagram (this can be your USP because there’s no script on codecanyon with these addons)
Also I’d suggest you to shift to MERN stack which is a bit better than php in multiple terms and helps us in a better way to customise it to a scalable product.

Suggestion: Please consider adding support for Embedded Signup with Account Coexistence (i.e., allowing existing WABA numbers to onboard without losing their settings or history).
This is crucial for Tech Providers or businesses who want to migrate numbers into your platform without full re-setup. Meta supports coexistence via the existing_account_setup flag, and it’s becoming a best practice for smoother migrations.

chat can’t be transferred, but an admin can add multiple agents . if an admin gives rights to an agent, then one agent can add another agent to join the chat.

1. it will better if we have api to send message, that will make it easy to integrate with our crm.
