Very good update! However, it’s missing the automatic assignment through bot flow or bot reply to improve assistance in the bot. Also, please fix the custom translations issue — I have the site in English because the Spanish version isn’t working; it doesn’t load for me.

This was due to the new WhatsApp Webhook Calls Handling feature, which was pre-enabled for Databases. Changing it to Synchronize – Process WhatsApp Webhook calls directly returned it to working perfectly.
Just check the Languages; it doesn’t support synchronization or creating a new language.

THIS IS URGENT Impacts numerous large companies that use our system.
After the update, errors appeared.
Does not synchronize languages
Does not respond to the flow created on the platform. User messages do not reach the chat, and automatic replies are not sent.
Although when a user sends a message, even if it does not appear in the conversation or trigger automatic replies, if the assistant writes something, the message reaches the user. If the user responds, the subscriber does not see it either.
Somehow the system disabled the Response Bot and also the customer’s message does not appear in the chat.

While now it is possible with existing business app on-boarding with QR in Embedded sign up it still official way.
If you are talking about unofficial as of now no that’s not available and may come in future as separate product or addon.

Previously, to register for WhatsApp Cloud API (Business API) with the same number as the WhatsApp Business app, one had to delete the Business App account/profile before registering for the WhatsApp API. With the new WhatsApp API coexistence upgrade,No longer need to delete the WhatsApp business app account to register on WhatsApp API

Update exact date? Waiting for catalog and whatsapp flow for 9 month, any possibility but no update at least the flow and catalog support like form template we can create the catalog at meta business manager just incoming messages for catalog and flow support possible
Update is coming in next couple of days. Sending Flow Templates already supported, catalog etc will come as addons in future.
Has this update, which is supposedly coming this month, corrected the button problem? It is logical that for each interactive button one has to invent the names because if by mistake two or more flows have buttons with the same names, they are all displayed in the response message.
Does not confirm in this update but over the upcoming releases flow will have many more improvements and features.

Of all the tools here at CodeCanyon for WhatsApp automation, I found this one viable, but the backend still needs a lot of improvement. The conversation flow is very simple and should have a better look. The AI should have its own advanced prompt option, for example, to understand audio, images, etc. But I see that most buyers here ask for many updates that the team doesn’t give due attention to. However, the tool is on a very good path. I haven’t purchased it yet because there’s still a lot of room for improvement.
3 months have passed and there are no updates, the recommendations that are given are not taken into account, or the typical thing is: “contact us through the profile or the product support page”, renewing the supposed technical support costs $134.75, this is a joke, or what’s wrong… for our part we acquired the extended product and the case is not taken into account.
3 months is not that big period for the updates also we receive daily many much requests for the features and functionalities, everything is not feasible to consider still we try to incorporate as possible as.
