Very good script. It would very interesting and I hope you consider also adding apartment renting as well. Just like for hotel, rooms can be changed to a building or apartment complex. The only challenge I see is some users/companies can have multiple apartment buildings.

1) To check if email sending is working, I subscribed using my email address and confirmed that the subscription was successfully registered in the admin panel.
2) I correctly set up the “Mail From Admin” field under Admin > Settings > Email Settings.
3) After sending an email from Admin > User Management > Subscribers > Mail To Subscribers, the email did not arrive in my inbox.
Is there a way to check the logs to confirm whether the email was sent? Please let me know if there is any issue with the steps I took.

I have set up the SMTP information correctly. However, when I try to send emails through “Mail to Subscribers,” the emails are not reaching the subscribers’ inboxes. It would be helpful to have a “Send Mail Test” form on the sender setup page to test the configuration.

How will the hotel be notified when a customer makes a reservation? Can the hotel choose how to receive notifications — by email, text message, or both? If this feature is not currently available, it needs to be added immediately. A text message is needed only for the order number, not full information.
And when a new reservation comes, it would be nice to print the reservation info automatically.

Many guests are inquiring whether reservations are available for today. However, the biggest issue with this system seems to be that reservation inquiries and requests are not immediately forwarded to the hotel by email. The fact that the hotel must log in to the system to check for new reservation requests needs to be addressed and corrected as soon as possible.

i dont mean make many – there are many domain registrars yes – you can just pick one eg Sav, porkbun, internetbs, cosmotown or domainnameapi etc
create just a video using any thats non namecheap so others can learn as well
In that case, there are more popular domain registrars like – godaddy , bluehost etc..
But one video cannot cover another, all have different DNS config & interface to point to the business domain
the hosting platform usually doesnt change much but i meant the domain registrar
i am willing to register one with the platforms i shared earlier and you can use it to create a demo

We submitted the item long ago, codecanyon approved now & Its Eid festive on 7th June
So you can understand , it was not intentional at all & there was no control on any event from our end
We must give the team a break during Eid festive at least as its our main festive
They visit their hometown & meet families during this time to celebrate Eid
They worked on weekends & national holidays too to make this Eid holidays longer
Hope you will understand our situation

4. Publicly – Active or Deactive What does this setting control? What is the difference between “Account” and “Publicly” statuses?

Installation Feedback & Detailed Questions about Standard Package
The installation went as expected, and the documentation is satisfactory. After some initial testing, I believe the script likely functions as intended. However, I need to go through the complete usage scenario to give a 100% recommendation for purchase.
I have translated a large part of the script through cPanel files. Although I am well-versed in the tourism industry, some parts of the script’s logic are unclear to me. I kindly ask for clarification.
Questions based on the Standard Package:
1. I am completely confused and unable to understand the difference between Tour Packages and Rooms Packages. Please explain this in detail.
2. In the packages, there is an item: Hotel Rooms → Rooms. Does this refer to the number of listings (is each “room” a listing)?
3.You mention Categories in the packages. Please explain what this means in the actual usage scenario.
4.The package includes 50 Bookings. What does this mean? Does it mean the tenant can sell a room 50 times? If yes, what happens after that—do they need to upgrade?
5.There are 50 Coupons mentioned. How are coupons assigned to the tenant’s customers? What happens when the limit is reached?
6.The limits of 50 rooms, bookings, coupons—do they apply to both monthly and yearly plans? If yes, why would anyone purchase a yearly plan if the limits are the same as monthly? Also, can the script support different limits per plan type (e.g. 50 per month, 500 per year)? Will it function properly this way?
7.Support Ticket – how does this work? I haven’t seen any visible ticket system in the dashboard.
8.Advertisement – What exactly does this mean, and where is this option located for the tenant?
9.QR Builder – I could not find this option, even after creating a new tenant account. Where is it located?
10.Subscribers – In the tenant’s dashboard, are these actual customers or just interested leads/subscribers? Where can they be added from the tenant’s website?
I would appreciate urgent answers. I purchased the script less than 20 hours ago, and I do not intend to waste time figuring everything out. My plan is to finalize and customize everything today.

4) they might renew the plan to restock bookings or switch to different plan
5) Its upto tenant how they will send coupons to customers. if tenant added 50 coupons & his plan has limit of 50. then he cannot add more till he renews same plan or change plan
