Our product is built with a flexible and modular structure to support a wide range of use cases. Due to the nature of the application, integrating a new payment gateway involves working across multiple components including controllers, services, views, routes, and sometimes JavaScript SDKs — depending on the gateway.
Because of this complexity, there isn’t a single set of step-by-step instructions that would apply to all gateways or use cases.

I noticed that when trying to log in with Google from a mobile device, it doesn’t give me the option to choose which email to use. Instead, it automatically logs in with the Google account already signed in on the mobile browser.
Could you please look into this? It’s not very user-friendly if people can’t select the account they want to use.

PWA feature is not working in WhatsApp store, pwa installing on main domain only, not on particular store. Expecting the update on this soon. Some browser like safari these feature not supporting
PWA features are supported only by Google Chrome. Please check Google Chrome and then check your issue.
Checked in Chrome, but issue is when click install, main domain link is installing not in user store link.

In my plans, I don’t want to have a default plan for my customers. Also, I don’t want to give them trial days. When I have a plan set as default and set trial days to 0, my customer, when they go to manage subscription, sees that the plan is expired, but it’s actually their first time logging in as a user and the first time they will purchase my plan.

I am having trouble installing the Slack Integration add-on.
I carefully followed the installation instructions and verified that my SlackIntegration.zip file contains all the required folders and files (Config, Database, Providers, Resources, Routes, etc.) as shown in your documentation and in my attached screenshot.
However, when I try to upload the ZIP file in the AddOns section, I keep getting the following error:

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. When we initially released the custom domain feature, we clearly mentioned in the documentation that it was in beta. Due to varying policies and restrictions from cPanel and different hosting providers, we faced multiple issues, and several customers started reporting problems.
Because of this, we decided it was best to remove the feature temporarily, which we did within 4–5 days of release.
That said, it’s definitely in our future roadmap, and we plan to revisit it once our current development queue is completed.

In the latest update, I noticed that I can no longer enter amounts using decimals. For example, in Oman, the currency format requires three decimal places (e.g., 1.000). Now, the system restricts this, and I am unable to add amounts in this format.
Another important note: When I select a specific currency, it should be applied across the entire script by default. Currently, I have to keep selecting the currency in different places, which is inconvenient and not practical.
Please fix these issues in the next update and ensure better handling of currencies with decimal values and proper default currency application.

We strongly request that you bring back the custom domains feature. It was a key reason for choosing your product and is essential for SaaS projects.
Also, for all future updates, you must list not only the new features added but also any features that are removed or discontinued. This level of transparency is very important for all your customers, as we need to know what changes might affect our business before deciding to update. Currently, only added features are mentioned in the changelog, while removed features are not listed at all.
Please make this your policy in future releases, and kindly reconsider removing core features that many customers rely on.

why you removed custom domains ? its the main reason i choose your product from others? this is unfair to provide a major feature needed for SaaS then after a while you remove it and confirm you doint plan to add it back. this is a scam. many others provide it why cant you? i’m ready to buy as extra plugin but refuse to lose it. since day one i face bugs and now main feature is gone? i refuse you have to return it

The default user “Mr. Admin” doesn’t have an affiliation because it’s a default user. If you create a new user and then check, you’ll see the affiliation link.
