Hi I purchased the Main Saas app. I want to also purchase this module, but I have questions about very important things:

1. Does the system automatically reduce the stock of things like drinks when an order is completed via POS? I cannot find this workflow in the demo. Maybe there should be a way to link a category of items to a category in inventory module (e.g drinks) for things with stock in POS. Or any kind of workflow that addresses this issue.

Yes it automatically deducts the stock on order. make sure you have created the recipes first.

Please, I have a question. And it will be great to have.

1. Is it possible for you guys to make provision for where the stock item is being sent to during ‘STOCK OUT?’ Currently what you have in the inventory module, during ‘STOCK OUT ’ is Item Name and Quantity. Please, can we have a field for ‘STOCK OUT TO.’ That is, where the stock is being sent to (Kitchen A or Kitchen B or Bar A or Bar B). And also field to select the name of the staff that’s receiving the Stock Out Item?

FOR EXAMPLE, restaurants and hotel restaurants have multiple kitchens and bars. For accountability and transparency, I believe that during ‘STOCK OUT,’ the Kitchen or Bar and Staff that’s receiving the Stock Out Item should be specified.

2. Can POS be integrated into the inventory module so that when orders are being made, the system will automatically deduct the quantity from the Stock Out Item received by a kitchen or bar?

It’s been more than a month since the last update and we still cant get profit and loss reports from inventory items, why would we have an inventory module that keeps track of items if we can’t kn ow if we make profit or loss.

Is there any option to use only inventory module seprately without table track?

In the inventory->Recipe, there is a problem. When there is a dish with variations, the recipe does not support the variations! Example: large, medium and small pizza, we cannot put the recipe for each variation and the quantity & measurements of the ingredients do not apply.

We need a Profit & Loss Report based on inventory items sold from their purchase price.

When We add stock there must be date and time of adding, because if after some days we need to check then how to check without date and time in inventory ….

check the first column of inventory movements

When we add stock item, some time required to add in back date also due to holidays or unable to add on same date so there is no date and time selection on add screen.

Hi great work, The stock is being deducted as soon as we receive an order, even before it’s paid or while it’s still being prepared in the kitchen, and that’s not right. Normally, stock should only be deducted for paid orders. Also, if a paid order is canceled, we should restock because the order wasn’t actually made. To fix all this, we should only deduct stock when the order is in the kitchen, to make sure it’s actually being prepared.

Great work , I purchase the Tabletracker and I would love to also by this as well but there are some coreections to make and reports to add, I can give you this for free if you will add them, I will make purchase, because any software without good reporting for management decision is not worth the investment . Reports should options for 1. printing, 2. open in excel & pdf 3. email, please add to both software

Just wanted to say great job on the script so far—really impressed with the direction you’re going. I recently got the inventory plugin and had a few quick notes and ideas I wanted to share.

First, the “Allow Auto Purchase Order” feature doesn’t seem to be working yet. Not sure if it’s still in progress or maybe I missed a setup step, but just wanted to flag it.

Also, is it possible for tenants to enter their own SMTP info so emails can come from their own company email address instead of something like xox@mydomain.com? Just thinking it’d make the communication look more professional on their end.

On that note, when sending purchase orders, it would be really helpful if the system could attach a PDF copy of the PO to the email instead of just showing the details in plain text. That way, suppliers have something clean and printable.

I also had an idea for a future plugin (not sure if you’ve already thought of this): a messaging and marketing tool for tenants to send out SMS and email campaigns using providers like Twilio or Mailchimp—or even just using the contact info already stored in their customer lists. It’d be awesome if they could schedule messages, maybe through a calendar, and use a simple editor to create promos and announcements. That would be a powerful feature, and I’d personally be happy to pay for something like that.

Another plugin idea I’d love to see is a robust loyalty program that ties into customer accounts. Something with features like:

Points earned per purchase Referral bonuses Tiered rewards levels (e.g. Bronze, Silver, Gold) Automated emails for when points are added or redeemed Customizable rewards and earning rules for each tenant

A loyalty system like that would really help businesses drive repeat sales and customer retention, especially with everything moving towards personalized rewards these days.

There is an issue with real-time stock calculation when ordering at the checkout compared to ordering with the QR code. Actually, when ordering with qrcode, the item is deducted twice from the current stock. Please review and fix this.
