Regarding pusher settings can you also add option to add it in admin to enable global and if tenant wanfvthey can also add their own.

Please Add it in next update almost every user does not know how to setup it so please add this

Hello, I have a Grandstream UCM6510 telephone exchange. I want to send an IP address from it, such as the caller’s number, to send a WhatsApp message directly to the caller. Does your system support this? We also don’t want to use Meta. We want customers to log in using a QR code, not linked to the Meta Business Platform. Is this supported? For further clarification, our IP address sends the number of the line that received the call. For example, if the receiving phone number is 101, a message specific to the receiving phone number and its own workflow will be sent to the customer. Another phone number, for example, 102, is specific to room service. A different message, specific to room service, will be sent to the customer.

Does your system support all of these features?

our script is based on the WhatsApp official cloud api.

Pre sale question 1) In tenant/user login I see option to add favicon and business names under system, what’s the purpose. I believe it should be only for super admin

2) Tenant has email template option still not able to understand the purpose.

3)Do each tenant need to add pusher to receive or send message in chat ??

4) Language also present for tentant. If tentant can only add one waba number per account then why pusher, Language and system settings are visible or available to them these are to be for super admin right?

Atleast modify the pusher setting for now. Definitely users will find it difficult to setup.

It’s very easy those we can connect waba. Can create account in pusher. It’s just 2 min task.

its easy for us but for users whom we sell definitely its big task they will keep question what is pusher why I need to use that . I’m using other scripts as well were I’m using my pusher setting for all my users so they just need to use embedded login to add their number and start using it. Its simple

I want to have clarification for following: 1. My clients can connect their whatsapp number (usiing meta) and send messages with their numbers. 2. How Many numbers can they connect? 3. What about templates? DO they need to create templates in our platform or in meta everytime? 4. Meta API charges + our platform charges is what our customer pays for the service, right? 5. If my client want to use this whatsapp to send a OTP messages, in PHP or mobile and he will need API access to our platforrm, how can that be done? Is this feature included? if not, is this feature intended to implement? If yes, by when I can expect this? 6. Can they check the report of delivered and undelivered messages?

3. All templates must be created and approved on Meta (WhatsApp Business Manager). WhatsMark allows you to use approved templates inside the platform. But initial template creation and approval must happen in Meta’s WABA dashboard.

4. Yes, customers need to pay both: Meta API Charges – Charged directly by Meta (based on message category, region, etc.). WhatsMark Platform Fee – This is your platform’s usage/subscription fee.

5. Currently, WhatsMark does not yet provide external API access for OTP or programmatic message sending.However, this feature is under consideration and is part of our upcoming roadmap.

ETA: This feature is planned, but we do not have a confirmed release date yet.

6. Yes, delivery tracking is included. Clients can see status reports like Sent Delivered Read Failed / Undelivered

These reports are available inside the Campaign Reports or Message Logs (for bots) section of the platform.

QR-based registration is not supported in the WhatsApp cloud api.

Hello, quick question based on my previous experience with out SaaS product. If I purchase this $54 product, I will get the SaaS Whats App tool where tenant can enrol to the subscription I am offering to them. I will integrate my own payment gateway from Razorpay or Stripe.

Or do I nned to by the extended licence of $299 to run the SaaS.

  • Collect payments via Stripe, Razorpay, or offline methods (already integrated).

This setup allows you to monetize the platform for your own business.

However, if you plan to:

  • Resell the platform to others as a product,
  • Rebrand or white-label it for other clients,
  • Or offer the software itself as a service for resellers,

Then you’ll need to purchase the Extended License ($299).

Can users connect their own API, or can I, as the platform owner, configure a parent API for all users?

That’s not possible. Every tenant must have their own number, waba id and meta account details. You can check WhatsApp cloud API documentation for more information

So who is paying for the messages sent with the Cloud API? Me as the platform owner, or the costumer?

Your new update is very interesting, the flow builder is great, but it is still not competitive with other scripts on the market. Additional features of the flow builder: delay (possibility to wait a few seconds before sending another message), Labels.

And AI function, all scripts are already offering this function, and it is vital to be able to compete not only with those here in codecanyon, in the current market.

When are updates expected to be released that do not require the official WhatsApp API?

Our entire application connects to the official WhatsApp Cloud API. we don’t have a plan for an unofficial whatsapp connection. It may permanently block your number.

I currently use whatsham, but it hasn’t been updated for a long time. The buttons in WhatsApp don’t work. The project has been abandoned. I need a new, revitalized WhatsApp, but with the same easy and user-friendly connectivity as whatsham.

If you are using it for your own business, then a regular license is acceptable for that purpose. However, please note that rebranding, reselling beyond the scope of your license is strictly prohibited with regular license. You will need to obtain an extended license in this case.
