Hello, i observed when using the withdraw feature, the charge doesn’t get applied
Withdraw charge will apply when members withdraw money from their portal by selecting the withdraw method you have created.
ok..But it will be good if it is applicable also from Admin end..since in some business the Admin processes the withdrawals from it’s end…and also the charge should be included in the revenue report

Any issues installing on Plesk? Are tenant sites installed to same database or is a separate database created for each tenant? Does it support custom domains? Mobile App?

We cannot guarantee compatibility with the other script you mentioned. However, if your script provides a REST API, you may be able to integrate it with our application.
There is no issue with installation on Plesk.

Custom domain support is not currently available.

when tenat sign in , does all tenant have seperate sms sender id.? and does the database generate for them seperately.? can the tenant get deferents url so they can add their own logo.? can i import customers from difrent softwer.? does the saas has 2fa now for clients and users.?

2. A single database is shared among all tenants.
3. Yes, each tenant has a unique login URL. Currently, tenant logos are not displayed on the login page, but this feature will be included in the next release.
4. You can import members using an XLSX file.
5. The 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) feature is not available at the moment but may be included in a future release.
