Really the app I needed! The UI design is great — clean and modern. There are a few small bugs here and there, but overall, it’s very good.

Pre-purchase Questions:

1. Is there an Admin App available?
 Something like the one in the Handyman admin app
 It’s a must-have feature for managing notifications and daily tasks efficiently.

Pawlly includes a web-based Admin Panel (not a mobile app) with full features to manage notifications similar to the Handyman Admin App, but accessed via browser.

Before proceeding with the purchase, I have two questions:

1. I'm not seeing any SaaS version mentioned, even though some comments suggest it exists. Additionally, I do not see any payment section for SaaS customers in the admin panel.
 – Is there a different codebase or version that includes SaaS features?
2. I'm also not seeing any AdMob ads implementation—neither in the app nor in the admin panel where we can manage or place ads.
– Most modern apps have this feature—has it been excluded, or is it located elsewhere?

No worries at all — your questions are completely valid and appreciated! At the moment, the Service page in the admin panel does not allow adding new services directly. The available services (like Grooming, Boarding, Training, etc.) are pre-defined in the system — this is the current design. For casual visits, you can set up a default pet profile as a workaround: Go to Owners and Pets, then create a pet named “Casual Visit” or “No Pet”. Users can select this during booking and describe their request in the Additional Information section. Thank you

Ahh, thanks — but what you’re saying is that I have to manually create a Casual Visit for every user? That’s kind of a bummer — and honestly, it’s not practical to manually create a Casual Visit entry for each and every user.

What I really need is: Anyone should be able to select a Casual Visit option without me or them needing to create it first. It should just be a default option available to all users.

Also, regarding adding more services: It doesn’t need to involve any new functionality in the admin panel. Even a simple service page — similar to how the Pet Sitter Persons page works — would be perfect. Just something basic, visible, and usable.

We should be able to add services easily. Other than that, the app is amazing.

Yes, you’re absolutely right — Pawlly is currently built around pet-specific services, so selecting a pet is a required step during the booking process. For now, if users want to book a casual visit, they would need to manually create a “Casual Visit” pet profile. As for the services section — you’re correct. The services are currently pre-defined, and there’s no option available in the admin panel to add or customize them at this stage. Thank you again for your interest and support!

By any chance can we connect the e-commerce feature with WordPress because i have a WordPress website for e-commerce.

Currently, this is not possible — the Laravel project cannot manage or sync e-commerce data directly with WordPress at this time.

Time slot is mandatory feature for a booking service. I commented it 7 months ago and you guys still have not implemented it as must have features. It seems you are forcing to pay for customization for a must have feature.

Currently, appointments are not configured based on time slots. However, this feature has been added to our roadmap and will be included in an upcoming update.

presales request .. i was excited to see a new version that hopefully fixed all the bugs and inconsistancies .. if i extend support can i expect to see any new features .. because what was in your changelog was quite disappointing, i understand youve spent alot of time on the saas but there are major issues that need to be addressed with this version as im considering extending support only if you provide an update with new features and stable runtime

Hi, looking to invest in SAAS version, however would like to have a play with $69 version first to make sure it meets our needs. Assume no issue upgrading to SAAS version once satisfied? Do you have a public roadmap we can view? Notice a good range of ideas on here, that could be attached to the roadmap and voted on, rather than referring everything as customisation.

Yes, you can absolutely start with the $69 standard license to evaluate if it fits your needs. Upgrading to the multivendor version later is usually feasible. You can also explore the available demo versions of Pawlly to get a hands-on feel before making a decision.

As for feature requests — we do collect commonly requested features and consider them for future updates. However, we also offer customization services because sometimes clients need specific features urgently. That’s why we mention customization options, to ensure you’re aware of the flexibility available.

On the admin I see that there’s reviews but can’t see where to put the reviews on the app. Then the web url for booking I can’t see where in the admin you can edit it’s content. When I want to add a service it ask for pet care store center of which in admin I don’t see were and how to setup pet care center, if these questions could be answered I’d appreciate. Kind regards

Users can submit reviews for employees from the booking detail screen after the service is marked as completed. If you’re testing this flow, ensure the booking status is set to “Completed.” You can update the booking status from the Bookings section under the Main Menu in the Admin Panel.

Its been 3 days and still haven’t got any support for a 419 error posted here 6 months ago and can be recreated on any of your Laravel sites, including desky where you run the support.

Please fix the issue as this code DOES NOT run out of the box smoothly on most common hosts like siteground and bluehost.

Otherwise there is no point of this codebase.

You are literally inviting people to get the nulled code since the complete lack of support.

Why hasn’t it been adjusted yet to prevent someone from scheduling outside of business hours? It’s been months without any changes — today, for example, it’s still possible to schedule something for midnight.

can you add direcorty for farms lising in service ? It contains data on each farm and its services.

Our application is designed specifically for pet care-related solutions and farm service listings are completely different from pet care services. Therefore, we cannot add them to the current application. However, if you would like to include farm services, customization is required, and we can customize it for you.

hi, pre-sale questions : Are these possible :
  • make the app a pet health and life tracker: i want the user to be able to add his pet and save events and info about it (weight, sickness, mood, food, pooping, sleep, activity…) on regular basis, like a health tracker app. the user shall be able to take photos and short videos of his pet and save them to the pet profile.
  • have a backend AI service that would answer user questions about his pet.

Why is it that in the case of a veterinarian, there is no possibility to choose the location of this veterinarian (location)? On what basis are veterinarians assigned to me?

Currently, the system does not support selecting veterinarians based on location. However, in the Pawlly user app, users can go to the home screen and tap on “Choose Service”, then select the “Veterinary” option. From there, they can choose the veterinary type and the required service, and based on this selection, suitable veterinarians will be shown.

This process helps in assigning veterinarians according to the selected service type, ensuring users get relevant options.

Yes, you can customize the app to fit your digital services, including design and images. We can also add a coupon option to the checkout page. Additionally, the service display can be adjusted to show 6 services in a 2-column, 2-row layout instead of the sliding option.

1. Will the admin panel and code will work with Hostinger account , you know they have H panel instade of c panel but have over all functionality.

  • If you customize the app yourself, we won’t be able to update or modify your code.
  • If we customize the app for you, we will provide updates to our modifications, but you will need to reapply your customizations after each update.

Yes, website customization is available, and you can modify the system as per your requirements.

Regarding the time slots, the current system offers flexible time selection. Fixed time slots like 01:00, 02:00, etc., are not available by default. Additionally, once a time slot is booked with a specific vet, the same slot can still be booked by other customers, as the system does not block the slot automatically.

However, both of these features — fixed time slots and blocking booked slots — can be implemented through customization. Let us know if you are interested in customization.
