How can I reskin the App

Hello, how are you? I have a question before buying and I hope to get an answer. Question 1. I visited the application control panel when adding the money withdrawal feature. There is no place to request withdrawal information for the user, such as the wallet code or PayPal link. The user must enter the withdrawal method. #The second question. In the control panel, there is no language change for the application and there is no control over the referral reward.
