This is my first time on your platform and attached to this system and would like to purchase the application however, i would like to confirm some things first;
1. Assume you have an estate rented to users and you want to manage both the collection of rent fees and charges for some certain amenities in the estate like gym, power, security and all, can these be possible on this system? 2. Does this system have the ability to manage utilization access to certain amenities? eg. for users to use the gym, they must have an access code or a permission via the system to use the amenities or service

- Our system is currently designed mainly for property listing purposes. You can display all available amenities for each property (such as gym, power, security, etc.), but automated rent collection and management of additional amenity charges are not supported at this time.

- The platform does not currently manage access or permissions for amenities (e.g., generating access codes for gym usage). Its primary focus is to showcase which amenities are available within each listing.

While adding properties, I noticed I can’t input the Latitude and the Longitude, I check the demo, still the same thing…I need help

The latitude and longitude fields are automatically populated through the Google Maps integration. When you select a location using the map (powered by the Place API), the system fetches the accurate latitude and longitude values behind the scenes.
Manual entry is intentionally disabled to ensure location data remains accurate. Allowing manual input could lead to invalid coordinates, which may prevent the map from loading correctly or cause inaccurate property placement.

Yes, the admin panel can run on any shared hosting, including those with cPanel or hPanel.
However, if you want the website frontend to run with SEO-friendly URLs (server-side rendering), you’ll need a VPS or a hosting provider that supports Node.js with terminal access.
If SEO is not a priority, then the web frontend can also work on shared hosting without issues.

Map Provider Free API is not available on ebroker ? Like on eclassify ?

Hi , i am still running System Version 1.1.0, how should i go on updating ? Each time i try to upload the new version to using the admin panel , its failing . Getting an error saying update with version nearest to it. the near version is 1.1.2-1.1.3. plese advise

As your current system version is 1.1.0, the update process must be performed sequentially, moving through each version incrementally—i.e., from 1.1.0 to 1.1.1, then 1.1.2, 1.1.3, and so on, up to the desired version (e.g., 1.2.4). This is necessary because each update package contains essential fixes and feature migrations specific to its immediate predecessor.
Attempting to jump directly to a higher version without installing intermediate updates can lead to incomplete upgrades, missing features, or system instability.
Important: Before initiating any update, please ensure you take a complete backup of both your application files and database to avoid any data loss or complications.

I saw the demo of your system and it will be very useful for me. I am interested but I can see you have agent section where agents can add property after the subscription. but i cannot see the section of normal visitor users, for example if I am interested to buy or rent a property so when i click on chat its saying login please and when i am login so its giving me option of add property , dashboard for agent only not for normal buyers. can you please advice on this. thank you very much.

✔️ By default, any visitor who registers and does not purchase a property listing subscription is treated as a regular user (buyer or renter).
These regular users can:-
Browse property listings
Save favorite properties
Chat with agents (after login)
Only after purchasing a subscription does a user become an agent, gaining access to features like Add Property and the Agent Dashboard.
⭐️ If your setup requires agent verification, then the user will also need to complete the verification form to get a Verified Badge before posting properties.

Hello Team, in this if I have given a limitation that Property View should be 10 on particular package then that particular option is not working so is it bug or what ? like wise for all the option if I specified limited times then it’s not working.

Currently, packages are used for listing properties, featuring them, and accessing other premium features such as access detailed mortgage calculation, premium property visibility, and project detail page access. There is no functionality to track or limit property views based on the package.

Hello sir, Is it mandatory to have VPS server for website, or website can be installed on shared web hosting
I am going with the documentation step by step, and I unzipped the Ebroker Admin on my VPS server root folder. Now it does not open the installation wizard. When I go into public/index.php the wizard is opened, but I don’t want to make a mistake. Maybe some of the folder contents should be moved to some other place.. Please answer fast, I need to keep working. Thanks

The objective is to capture this data (desired location, type of property, available value, etc.) so that administrators and agents can search for properties based on real demands. After registering this property, the user will be notified by WhatsApp and email of the availability of the property on the platform.

If you plan to enable advanced SEO features, we strongly recommend a VPS server with at least 3–4 GB of free RAM. This is necessary because our application uses Node.js for server-side rendering, which consumes additional memory for SEO-related tasks.
However, if you do not require advanced SEO, you can host the application on a shared hosting server or a 2 GB RAM VPS for the initial phase. You can always upgrade your server later as traffic increases.
