What bug/bugs have been fixed so we know whether it will affect our installation

Also, the free addons. Why do we need to have existing paid support to download them? They are not free if we need to pay for a licence extension to download them.

if you have support service, you can download all addon ( free and non free addon ) . if your support expired, you can access the free addons only.

I got a new customer who is using this plugin. I migrated the site site to a new server and now he open the OpenPos App we get this error message “No wordpress base dir found”. I found this https://wpos.app/knowledge-base/how-to-change-bill-screen-url/ but it is not clear to me what I have to do here.

I need more information because I don’t know your plugin. If I buy a licence can you help me?

Error in this update, products in negative stock and I don’t have any reservation option activated. I don’t know why some products appear negative. Please solve it. There was no problem before. This problem only recently appeared after the update.

It seems a bug to me? Even when stock is only 1 left I can still punch in the POS more than 1 let say 3 orders (Why it is allowing me to order 3 when stock is only 1?). Then my stock count became -2 after checkout. Any thoughts? Thanks.

can I use OpenPOS in 2 separate jurisdictions / state / province (one at a time) applying different tax rates for each jurisdiction like woocommerce applying taxes based on where the customer is ?

in POS, the tax base on store address, you can create unlimited store ( outlet ) with custom address, you base on it , you can use different tax base on different outlet. Thank you!

IMPORTANT. WHEN PRODUCTS HAVE A TITLE SIGN OR OTHER SIGNAL, THE PRODUCT NO LONGER SEARCHES FOR IT. IT SHOULD SEARCH WITH OR WITHOUT A SIGN. THAT’S A PROBLEM. BECAUSE SOMETIMES IT NO LONGER SEARCHES FOR PRODUCTS WITH A SIGN. AT LEAST IN MY COUNTRY, A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED. PLEASE FIX THIS.

i have a problem, i am using the open pos for my cosmetics business and i have over 3000 products and 3 outlets, when ever i update the stock of my outlet , sometimes the stock changes after some time and my inventory is no longer correct. the product quantity in the pos reduces even without me making any sales.

I’m planning to use OpenPOS in kiosk mode to handle product sales through WooCommerce. I’ve developed a custom local API (running on the same machine) to interact with payment devices for card and cash transactions (specific to my country).

I would like to know if it’s possible to develop a custom payment integration or plugin to intercept the checkout process in OpenPOS and route it through my local API.

Ideally, when the user confirms the payment, OpenPOS would trigger a POST/REST request to my service, and complete the order based on the API’s response.

Is this kind of integration supported? What would be the recommended way to implement it (custom plugin, hook, JavaScript override, etc.)?

Hello, I want to buy your OpenPOS plugin for my children’s playroom. I need to confirm 3 main workflows before buying. Please clarify.

TIME-BASED WALK-IN CUSTOMERS: A customer arrives to play. Can I start a session or an open tab for them in the POS? Then, while they play, add products like coffee to this tab? At the end, can the POS calculate a final price based on the exact time spent (for example 1 hour and 25 minutes) before payment?

PRE-PAID PASSES (MEMBERSHIPS): A customer has a pre-paid pass (like a “10-visit pass”). Can I quickly redeem one visit from the POS interface? Or must I use the main WordPress admin panel for this? I need a very fast operation for my front desk.

PRE-BOOKED PARTIES: A customer books a party online (using WooCommerce Bookings). When they arrive, can I find their booking in the POS to check them in? And can I add extra items (like more drinks) to their bill through the POS?

Your answers will be the final factor in my decision to purchase.

I downloaded one of your demo plugins from wpos.app, but when I try to install it on my WordPress site, it doesn’t work. I get this warning:

Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.

Also, the plugin causes an error and crashes the site when I activate it.

Can you please check this and let me know if there’s an updated version or a fix?

Hi Anhvnit, I managed to make the Epson EPOS printer working. My issue now is the Receipt and kitchen printer templates. I created both and selected as default for my Register but unfortunately it is still printing to the default template. So I went to the settings/receipt tab and edit that default template instead but when tested none of them on that default template is updated in the receipt. Are you able tell me else do I need to do? Thanks. By the way I logged a support ticket with couple of other issues. This one is new.

Does it work with RnB rental booking plugin? The main thing is that we need to enter the pick up and return date and reduce the inventory for that product. So that the next customer will not be able to book for the same date if the inventory is not available. Please let me know.

oh, i don’t know that plugin, so, i haven’t no answers. in our plugin, you can add more field to order by custom code without problem for return date / pickup date .
