We have successfully set up your code and published the app on Google Play Console. However, we are now receiving a warning regarding API level compatibility, and around 30% of users are reporting serious issues like:

App crashing immediately

App not responding

Auto exit/back issue on launch

We have already invested significant time and money after purchasing your code, but unfortunately, the product is not working properly for many users.

I initially contacted your team on Telegram, and while I received a response at first, I haven’t received any reply after explaining the current issues.

I am not trying to discourage others from buying your code — I just request that the CSM Team takes these issues seriously and:

Checks the code once again for compatibility

Fixes the major problems as soon as possible

Provides us with an update or ETA regarding the fix

Without this, the product is currently not usable for us, and we are starting to receive negative reviews and losing user trust.

Please respond at the earliest. I genuinely hope to see this resolved soon.
